So glad you cut to the point Donni. Camel blazer does not sound confident and I thought it was just me. I understand his desire not to rely on 1 thing for income but I also think his desire to chase an amount will not yield fruit. He needs to find what he’s passionate about so he can COME TO LIFE.

Yes it is Cash conversion cycle is a lot shorter by the time you spend 3 months rehabbing and and 2 months selling the property to maybe make 30k you could have done 10 wholesale deals with 12k average assignment fee on each one
