Umm I know I'm very late but I was searching up world records and I got 53.423 on cave, but it was on bedrock so I don't know if that's different or not
@@Kxxsf on bedrock the cave map is much shorter (every single bedrock map is different than java maps) so the world record on there is 48.1 I think by Issac. I don't play bedrock so I don't have any world records there. This video was just all my best times on java.

Even though I can still play Deathrun on Hive Bedrock Edition, this video really makes me nostalgic and also makes me miss Hive Java. :(
The maps on Hive Bedrock are not nearly as challenging as the maps were on Java.

First: I would like to apologise about the video quality. I know it's not the best.
Second: There's an audio glitch from the very end of the jungle base run around the beginning of sonic so sorry about that.
Third: The prison run says "World Record", but I actually have a 51.001 so that 51.099 is not WR.

I like the DR for java more than the bedrock version.
Deathrun was the most addictive mini game I ever played on the hive
But I did slowly dislike it around the time everyone was speedrunning and doing Fortnite and I hate how they got rid of how players would have a certain amount of lives

you'll notice that your riviera time is a second faster than mine, your viaduct time is .2 faster after it being WR for a very long time, and your windfall time is .8 faster. It's all a matter of finding the maps you're best at and playing lots!
@@ohender1247 yea thats true. I only focus on few maps but i would like to have some better times on the other maps aswell.
I mean im starting to get really annoyed on jungle base. My pb is 55.000 and it has been like that probably a year -.-

Man I wish the game ran as smooth as it did now. The game had updated and for a lot of people everything is so glitchy and unworking, and strafes are no longer consistent with how much they boost you. Sad times, but as an avid Deathrun Player, I work around it

At 41:50 to the right there is a gap you can go though. It may be possible to strafe through the hole at 41:50 to the right onto slime blocks but it is extremely hard
On maps like sonic at 10:06 why is the personal best so insane like 28 seconds?
There used to be some out-of-map “glitches” where you could skip to the finish insanely quickly, unfortunately most of those were patched in like 2017
My highest record ever in minecraft deathrun was 58 seconds.
