idk how long the farming would take if you could route it into flotsam flats, but im extremely certain that using the purifier bombs on the puddle scrubber patches is WAAAY faster even if it doesnt cover 100% of the patches in the game
Probably way too long for it to be worth it, cause you would need to clear all the patches in a biome for it to be worth it... Maybe if someone finds a dupe glitch then it would be feasible
