I get his point about the aimbot specifically, technically all of that is possible with just mouse inputs but no human could ever do that. I have snapped on to people's heads before and beamed the shit out of them in a way that looks kind of like aimbot but that is only once every 10 to 15 games or so not literally every single kill. Even the best players in the world don't do that more than a few times per game and they are pretty much at the limits of what a human can do. I think what he was trying to say is that if you had some futuristic robot that isn't even close to existing playing the game they could have aimbot like aim with just a mouse not actually using a malicious program. The part where that argument falls apart is with wallhacks, wallhacks could not be done without a program as well as hitting perfect headshots through something like a tree that doesn't block bullets at all but can't be seen through.

A very tough, but maybe effective, way to help mitigate this stuff is to not only punish the cheater, but also punish the teammates. Now, figuring out culpability would be very hard and contestable, but at this rate the cheaters will continue to reign unless something significant is done to address it.
