We are so glad that you all are enjoying this adventure; another one is in the works now and I hope to film it next week. Have a great weekend and Strength and Honor everyone. - Luke
So the Demon horse at the airport....actually killed its creator when it tipped over and fell on him. His son finished it and for some reason Denver decided to use it as a hello to the airport. Nothing like a glowing eyed demon horse that has actually killed someone to say "Welcome to Denver"
I love these long adventures. Luke, you've got a talent, my friend. I don't know if it's in the editing or your narration and speaking to the audience as friends, but whatever it is, these things are perfect to get my mind off the ratrace at the end of a long day. Keep up the great work. Kudos.
Congrats on the great trip. Looked like you checked all the boxes there. A lovely lady who trekked every mile with you, Mother Nature in all her splendor, wildlife that was fun to watch but didn’t eat you, good food, and heck nobody even got hurt. Great job dude!
Hey there ! I'm from Quebec/ Canada and we have beautiful nature too, but what magnificent images you gave us, just spectacular, great interaction between you two and great production quality! 😃👌 l'm a recent suscriber and l enjoy your vids very much, awesome job and like you l think that a shot of nature is a remedy that cures many ailments , even just images of it makes me feel better! 🌞🌲🌳 So now l'm pausing the video to go trailrun for a bit and l'll come back to it and savor the rest , l'm not a young buck anymore ( 53 ) so staying healthy is paramount to enjoying life and nature so, again great job and godspeed ! ✊😎
THIRD TIME I VIEWED THIS VIDEO; YOU'VE CERTAINLY BEEN BLESSED; GOOD VIBRATION, POSITIVE ENERGY, REASONABLE LOGICAL THINKING, PATIENCE YIELDED AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE OF AN ADVENTURE; THANK YOU & GOD BLESS!!!
Thanks for filming your hiking and camping travels. I am old, handicapped, and on oxygen. My hiking and camping days are over. I'm now living vicariously through you. keep on posting videos please.
Love the way you interact with each other you are a wonderful couple and I love your video.Keep having adventurers and making more ,I so enjoy watching them.
Something that I learned about moose is that they have horrible eye site. They can't define object's beyond 10 - 15 yard's. What an Amazing journey. Scenery was Epic on a grand scale.
Wow Luke, what an excellent, epic trip. The views were breathtaking on my TV so I can only imagine what they were like in person. You and Susie must have awesome stamina. Thanks for the vid
Happy trail hiking to you, Luke and Susie. Great video, I enjoyed all the beautiful sceneries. Thank you for sharing your love of hiking adventures with us 🦉🐻🌳🦌🐺🐂🌲😎👍🏾
You two are an adorable couple and you're out there having fun on the trails. You work so well together and it's enjoyable to watch. Keep up the good videos, thanks.
22:37 WOW! What a shot!... I was going to keep a time log of awesome shots but there were just too many! I am so glad you did the trip as one long movie..just awesome. Thanks!!
I found Luke’s channel before I looked at similar videos, and he always said this channel is 100% supported by the viewers, and I didn’t really appreciate that, until I started looking at other channels. It’s like other people are trying to sell you stuff, in a subtle way, and it feels fake, takes away from the point of the outdoors.
Why do you have to ruin it and bring up the floating abstraction called "God". We all know that there is no such thing, "God" that is, can't we just enjoy the wilderness in peace.
Lol he said god bless, he wasn’t forcing anything onto you. Maybe your just looking to be a jerk, because you could have just kept scrolling. Instead of commenting, just a thought but you might find more peace if you just ignored things like this and let people believe what they want to.
Hello Luke, sincere thanks for the tagalong. I really enjoyed being with you nice folks on this spectacular journey. The first word that comes to mind is awesome. Suzie is quite the trailblazer. You're a fortunate man. You have someone to blaze the trail, test the comfort of the hammock and be on guard for the marmots. I appreciate the time and effort you take to produce a fine quality video such as this. You folks take care out there and don't let the marmots get your whiskey. 🤗🤗
What an incredible adventure! Born and raised in Colorado and would live nowhere else. Glad you guys were able to find some solitude. The secret's out - it is an amazing place. Can't wait to see more!
I am so thankful and appreciative of you guys and your efforts to share this with us. This would be the trip of a lifetime for me and my wife to take, maybe next year for our 15 year anniversary I will surprise her with something like this! Truly a great video, I felt like I was right there tagging along with you.
Man, the quality of this is absolutely incredible! It makes we feel part of the trip. Thanks for the upload, Luke. Hope you and your family are doing great.
This was such a treasure! I can't thank you guys enough for this hike. My son moved to Colorado and I have never been on a plane but guess what? I am going! You and Susie are the cutest! Seeing the moose was spectacular! I felt like I was there with you two. Thank you Luke and Susie! You are the best!🙏🏼🏕💖⛰️💙🙌🏻🫎💖
Luke and Susie, thank you for sharing your adventure in that beautiful part of our country. Stunning views you gave us. Would you be able to list your gear load-out you took on this trip. Did you have anything fail on you?
I watch this adventure all the time, because of this video is my goal to make it to Colorado, and experience nature in all its glory. Thank you Luke and Susie, your channel is awesome.
I swear this one of the best videos I've seen you do I really enjoyed it the arrangement the editing the music the hiking the still pictures I would really like to go here but those moose to make me a bit nervous thanks for such a great video
Luke & Susie, awesome adventure, Susie you did amazing, didn't get altitude sickness, you handled this trip like a BOSS, kudos to ya. Have a safe trip back home, an a wonderful weekend. God bless you and your Family always. 🇺🇸🔥☕️🇺🇸👼🏻👼🏻 P.s Luke you did awesome as well 😄😄, looking forward for your next adventure. 🇺🇸🔥☕️ happy trails.
Not enough superlatives to describe this insane journey you made. Just incdible scenery and trails meandering wherever. Thanks for sharing a beautiful part of the world where world affairs can be forgotten and peace solitude and serenity can reign supreme. Awesome vlog ... more to come??. Bushyboy Oz.
Powerful guys, all that awesome beauty. Those Moose were awesome, you are so lucky. It's great when you two do an adventure together. Really enjoyed the video. Safe journeys.
An absolutely amazing video! It's quite a talent you have to share your adventure and fun with us the way you do. I really like how you bring us along with you as a friend and not a pretentious D-bag. lol God bless... strength and honor.
That's a perfect way to describe what Luke brings to videos, or I guess it would be better to say what he doesn't bring. Last summer I wanted to get into backpacking, so I looked up a video, and the guy seemed so miserable. Luke makes it look so awesome.
Wow! That was totally awesome, I really enjoyed that video. I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, this is my first time leaving a comment. Hats off to you and Susie, it looks so beautiful there. Nicely done ;)
Greetings from a fellow North Carolinian. I've been a subscriber for quite some time and really enjoy your videos. This one was awesome and earned you a new patron. Susie is amazing! Such a pretty woman and such a nice personality! What a wonderful partner to have to share adventures. It's so obvious you guys enjoy time spent together and respect each other's abilities. Luke, you do such a great job explaining terrain, skills and products! Best wishes to both of you!
Hello, It was so nice to see Susan be on camera. I watch a few other people and their wife’s, girlfriends, and friends stay far away from the camera so I just wanted to let you know. It was so nice to see Susan totally involved with the recording!! Hope you both loved our beautiful Colorado. Hugs Liz
I love these two nighter trips. Especially if it rains or snows. I love the sound of rain or sleet, but I don’t think it’s safe to go downhill with all that ice. I really enjoy seeing all the beautiful places you take us. 😊 💕 I love it. Thanks.
You all make an AWESOME video together! Thanks for sharing such a breath taking adventure. It has been 20 years since I was in Colorado and I do miss the Breath taking scenery in that area. Thanks for taking me along so I could relive that trip with my Dad... ATB... Von
Love your trip; miss Colorado! Just got back from a week at Chaco Canyon in NM, but wanted to say once was up Mt. Evans and that morning I swear one of the marmots I saw was drinking a cup of coffee and reading something. You are right to say don't underestimate those guys!
I’ve been looking at your past videos and I love them. You and Susan are such a power couple (in my eyes). Thank you for sharing. The scenery is gorgeous. Continue what you are doing, be safe and GOD bless you.🐞🙏👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🐞
So happy for you guys, able to get out and explore our great US. I’ve watched you since early in your RUclips adventures and watched you mature, your body and voice changes, your growth and perspective get better and better. I wish for you all the exciting adventures you choose. Come home safe and sound. Bring lifetime memories to share with friends and family. Funny, when Luke hears “snow and cold” from another hiker on his way back to the car, Luke chuckles as if to say, “Bring it on! That’s what we came for.” I’m smiling. May God be with you. Texas
This is one of my favorite videos you have, everything about it is perfect. The positive attitude along with the scenery is awesome, really inspiring, makes me want to get out there and just enjoy nature
I was so excited last night to watch your Colorado adventure at 9 pm. Unfortunately, I didn't get home until 10:30 after a long day. I did attempt to watch it though, I made it to the end of your first day & passed out. I got started a little earlier tonight and got to see it all! What an adventure! You guys are nothing but MOOSE MAGNETS!!!! That blew me away, it was like they wanted to be your personal guides for the whole trip!! The entire countryside was absolutely gorgeous, I loved every minute!! Thank you both for what you do, I look forward to all your videos because you guys are living what I'm dreaming about. I only get to do weekend type hikes at best & I love when I get to go. When I can't I can always find out what you got going on & enjoy it as much as being there! Already looking for what's next!! Later guys!
Oh man, this was a neat adventure for you both👍 So beautiful! Please do more. So enjoyed every minute! You guys are great! Ty for sharing your hiking and camping experiences! Camp on!👍☺️
Hi from New Zealand, America absolutely stunning! Just as beautiful and green in the summer as it is beautiful white and clean in the winter. EXCELLENT VIEWING! Thank you for sharing your country camping adventures with the world. God bless.
If you guys would not have taken video of your travel, I would have never seen the vistas that you experienced. I'm sure it's nothing for you guys but being in pain all the time and in a wheelchair you are our only hope to see things like that. I am forever grateful to your hiking and what you do. THANKS GUYS..Thank you.
Awesome trip guys. Thanks for sharing your adventure. I would love to to the same exact hike with my wife. Maybe not all the moose. Strength and honor guys.
Thank you for a wonderful journey ive never been to colorado but was glad to follow you on your hikes its beautiful and the moose too wonderful sites this was a great video to watch on my sunday of multi tasking strengh and honor
That was well worth the wait, Luke and Susan! Epic video for an epic adventure. Incredible photography that really captures the beauty of Colorado's wilderness. Thank goodness it was not rutting season! Wild animals can sense when they are threatened by human intervention but they also recognized that you and Susan offered no harm or interference in their existence. Well done, you guys! We need more videos of this quality.
Back many years ago, up at Baxter in Maine, lounging around a lake beach, I woke up with a Moose grazing on plants in the lake maybe 30-40 feet away...I just watched. I now know better, and would not feel too comfortable that close. They are majestic .
The title hit me funny... sounds like the beautiful Suzy was calling you a MOOSE LOLOL.. Thanks for letting me FEEL like I was there. You guys make my day and as always, I enjoy Your and Suzy's company. . Be safe Thumbs up.
We are so glad that you all are enjoying this adventure; another one is in the works now and I hope to film it next week.
Have a great weekend and Strength and Honor everyone.

TheOutdoorGearReview LOVED IT!!! Beautiful country, EPIC VIEWS! Thank you both for the adventure! 👍🏼👍🏼
What kind of booze do you like to bring on the trips, Luke? I'm a bourbon man, myself. Wondering what your poison is?
I love these long adventures. Luke, you've got a talent, my friend. I don't know if it's in the editing or your narration and speaking to the audience as friends, but whatever it is, these things are perfect to get my mind off the ratrace at the end of a long day. Keep up the great work. Kudos.
I totally agree. Gets my mind off of work and is like a little vacation.
