I’m just gonna say it been working on this for more than three months LG TVs just don’t have the proper outlets for SD cards to work correctly ‘ every time I turn around it does not show up
Hello! I have an issue with my TCL tv. When I play the movie from the USB the sound will not go out through the home theater system but the regular speakers. It does not happen when I play the movie on my Sony/ Am I missing something or it is just the TCL brand issue?

Are you trying to install apps APK files are Google store alternatives not for WebOS. I use APK's for Chromecast with Google TV connected to a USBC hub with a thumb drive. I have a wireless thumb drive directly to LG tv Nanocell 90 series 2021 WebOS.

Tip some tvs can record to a USB device I know my UQ75 can so I'd recommend something big enough to record to!

can you toggle off subtitles from the video files on your hdd? some movies I have downloaded have subtitles and I would prefer to switch them off

I have a bit older LG, and when I launch a video, after 5 seconds, it skips to the next one in the folder.

Yes just change the subtitle file name so it’s the same as the movie file
