here I have got the solution.
So, basically to setup env variable in windows type this command ---> $env:DEBUG="development:*"
And to remove the env setup type this ---> Remove-Item Env:DEBUG

I want to learn this project and complete it in 2 months because after that semester will also start and it becomes too hectic to learn coding and finishing 5-6 college assignments every week.
