کتاب: نکاح کا بیان
باب: جس کو پیغامِ نکاح دیا جائے اسے دیکھنے اور پردہ کی چیزوں کا بیان
حدیث نمبر: 3105
ترجمہ:
جابر ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:’’ بے شک عورت شیطان کی صورت میں سامنے آتی ہے اور شیطان کی صورت میں مڑتی ہے، جب کوئی عورت تم میں سے کسی کو بھلی لگے اور وہ اس کے دل میں گھر کر جائے تو وہ آدمی اپنی بیوی کے پاس آئے اور اس سے جماع کرے، کیونکہ یہ چیز (جماع) اس (گناہ کے خیال) کو دور کر دے گی جو اس کے دل میں ہے۔‘‘ رواہ مسلم۔

اس کاعلاج کیاھے میرےپاس کچھ دن پہلے یہ مسلہ آگیا اورتین طلاق دے دی اور اب مولانانےکہاکہ نہیں ھوا طلاق 9طلاق ھوتی تین نہیں اب پھر سےسات رہتےھے
جناب! اگر آپ نے تین طلاقیں دی ہیں تو بیوی آپ پر حرام ہے جب تک وہ دوسرے آدمی سے شادی کرکے پھر وہ طلاق دے کر آپ سے پھر نکاح کرے۔ شریعت مطہرہ میں تین تک طلاق ہیں تین سے زاید نہیں ہے۔ تین طلاقیں دے کر بیوی مکمل طور پر جدا ہوتی ہے
مزید رہنمائی طلب ہو تو حاضر ہیں
کافی تلاش کے باوجود مجھے یہ حدیث نہ مل سکی
