To me if the other person knows that it was coming, and she did because she knew things were off and there was distance between them, then it comes across as mutual because both parties knew this was coming. My ex wife tried this bullshit with me. Was making $80K annually in Cali before she moved to Maryland so we married. We agreed she would work after marriage. I got a $40K a year raise right after we married which put me well over six figures. Then she decides "why should I have to work you make more than enough money." I even tried to get her to compromise and work with me for 3 years then she'd likely never work again. Nope wasn't having it. Gotcha. I immediately began making plans for divorce. She came after me for $50K a year in alimony and half of everything else. I was vicious during divorce. She got nothing!!! Four years after leaving her I moved to sunny Southern California, tripled my salary, and now attend Harvard for grad school setting me up for an even bigger payday. Don't trust women. They can flip the stript on you as soon as you marry then you'll end up in a predicament like I was.
