I wish we could get this in Canada! Believe it or not, my favourite pages are the space jar pages, lol. I collect alien things and a jar of space would go well on my display shelf. I also love the nature scene day and night spread, and would cut out little photos of me and my family to put in them. :D
These books always make me think of it being a craft room in your hands lol I kind of like some of the travel themed stuff (especially the camels), but the floral/botanical ones are my favorites too. I also kind of like the marble papers, they remind me of vintage book covers.
So true, I think I'm just too spoiled with all of the items I already own 😂 This book would be a great 'starter kit' for a beginning crafter1.§ Those added digits are from Sage walking on my keyboard to get to my hot chocolate, hahaha! Love the Flow Paper books too and yes - I need to stop hoarding all the lovely pages 😆 - it’s so darn expensive for me. But they make beautiful pieces for penpal letters and paper gifts. 💗 - Faith
If you shape the petals of the pop out flowers they would look more real, and you could put all 3 in a jar, coffee mug or something. You can curl the petal edges, even ink them or something to add depth.
I really really wanted last year's one but couldn't track it down in Canada, other than ordering it from flow for $80, sadly I never found it. This one I find to be less appealing to me, though everyone has different tastes - I just loved the plant type theme from last year 😻
I'm not sure if I will really buy this one. There are a lot of pages which are not my style. But also a lot of pages/patterns I like. Hmmmm. In the end I think I have to have it just because it's that paperlovers book.😄 Thank you so much for the flip through!
Hello! Thanks for the flip thru. I quite like this book. I am not happy that there aren't any envelopes matching the actual writting paper (whay were they thinking?) But I quite like some of the designs and writting papers and there are lot's of crafts for my kids which I really like. Can't wait to buy mine! Have a great weekend!

Dan heb ik maar een FLOW-pakket gekocht (de zomerversie denk ik). Ik vind het tof om deze video te zien omdat ik de details van de FLOW dan kan zien! Ik kijk nog niet lang naar je video's, maar ze liggen steeds op wanneer ik zelf snailmail aan het maken ben. Dan lijkt het alsof ik niet alleen aan het snailen ben! Het is inspirerend om zoveel verschillende stijlen te zien in de brieven die je krijgt. Ik had zelf eigenlijk een aantal vragen. (Misschien kan ik eens zoeken in je video's of je misschien ergens een Q&A video hebt staan.. :p). Ik vroeg me af hoe je alles verzameld wat je krijgt, en hoe je een overzicht houdt? Hoe bewaar je al de brieven die je krijgt? Hoelang doe je al aan snailmail? Hoe leerde je het kennen? Veel groetjes uit België! Jana
Hi Jana! Dat snap ik, er staan best wat "aparte" dingen in he. Of felle kleurencombinaties, ook niet helemaal mijn ding. Oeeeh dat flow pakket heb ik ook, leuk! En wat leuk dat we samen snailen, haha :D Dat vind ik ook zo leuk, iedereen maakt iets anders. Met dat flow boek ook, de dingen die ik leuk vind vindt iemand anders weer niet leuk en andersom. Over je vragen: (Ik heb nog geen Q&A!) ik verzamel de 'goodies' gewoon soort bij soort, dus alle stickers in een doos en papier bij elkaar enzo. De brieven doe ik samen met het adres in een grote map, zo een met 12 vakjes, al past het al bijna niet meer... Als ik de brief beantwoord heb haal ik ze eruit, ik kan helaas niet alles bewaren. En dan bewaar ik nog wel veel dingetjes in een aparte map, omdat ik daar ooit een boekje mee wil vullen. De kleine persoonlijke dingetjes die ik wil bewaren ipv gebruiken. Ik doe ongeveer 2 jaar aan snailmail, en leerde het kennen via youtube: ik keek bullet journal videos, en iemand die ik volgde maakte een penpal with me video. Ik vond het zo leuk! Daarom ben ik ook begonnen met mijn eigen videos. Ik hoop dat er meer mensen tot deze "ontdekking" komen :D Groetjes terug!

Thank you for the flip through - I’m going to pass on this one. I got last years bc of FOMO, but was kind of disappointed in it. My gripes are similar to yours: I like more alphabet stickers, that stand-up illustration is not my style, the wrapping paper with those tags are small, there are no actual tags to take out. And I know they’re probably needing to save money, but I find new artists through flow so I don’t like that they’re adding so many shutterstock stock photos in this, it almost angers me.
I always look forward to seeing your flipthrough of the books so I can decide whether I'm buying it. I'm again in doubt and seeing the price I'm probably not buying it. One note on your videos, I really don't like when you speed up your voice :( I want to hear what you say in a normal tempo, it seems a bit of a quick and dirty solution to the length of your video and takes away your beautiful relaxed way of talking ♥️ if people don't want the long version they can speed it up themselves
Yeah I'm not sure either, this is not my favourite one by faaaaar. I like some of the pages, but I'm not superduper excited which is a bit sad :( And about your note, I get it but I sadly can't please everyone. You call it a dirty solution but often it's a toss between cutting something out of the video in full or speeding it up like this. I totally agree with you on the "people can speed it up themselves" part, I also said that at the beginning of the video, but when a video is really long people are less likely to click on it and I also have to keep that in mind ;)
It’s so fantastic that they try and accommodate all family types. My son would LOVE doing the spaceman jar.
For me the space jar was a bit of a let down - there's also a KIDS book for paper lovers now! 😊

The Paper Book is okay but I like the old ones best.
I think the 2018 one might be my favourite so far :D But in all books there's pages I love and pages I don't really like.

I have one of the flow books and I loved it but when I went to Barnes & Nobles I didnt like the one they had.

I thought so too. But then, maybe it wouldn't be clear it was wrapping paper. But maybe I'll just stick something on top of them 😂
