It is! Only problem is stamina, most of Solare is Q block recover stamina and then b-b-burst!!!

Succ Musa Damage is bloody nuts being a Succ Musa main.
Since you can debuff 35% of someones DP by 35% and slow to all hell. pretty much 1 combo them if you do it right in AOS and if Trials you can do it too.
