If it’s Boeing,I’m not going.
The video was spot on!
Another really unfortunate thing is DIE will lead to prejudice: If you know a company has DIE policies and you see someone you suspect is a DIE hire, and your own life is at stake, then you are going to have those thought racing through your head of whether the person is competent and safe to operate.
Where is Mussolins Airforce
I see multiple slander lawsuits in your future. Where is your evidence linking a specific race or gender to the Boeing
safety issues? You need to read a book entitled White Fear.
I see his future of people trusting non-woke advisors with their lives and money, not DIE advocates. Pushing DIE when it kills people is only going to make people fear or have contempt for DIE hires. Ask any fighter pilot: the most important thing in air to air combat, is the pilot. You can be an excellent pilot in a lousy aircraft and still get kill after kill. This is why they have Red Flag for new pilots. Training and competence is everything. A few more years and everyone will view DIE with utter contempt. DIE is racist in itself. Is says minorities are incompetent and therefore need special treatment.
Where is your proof that diversity is a strength?
If you understand government policy about DEI, companies are hiring NOT based on qualifications and that is a huge problem when lives are at stake. If you think it is better to skip over the A student that is white to admit the D student that is gay into a surgery program, that is the problem. If you discriminate over race or sexual preference and establish any quotes, aren't you actually discriminating against the guy that is the most qualified?
@@Joe-ik1np Absolute nonsense. FYI, DEI doesn't mean they are taking unqualified people just to fill a quota. What it means is that of the qualified candidates seen they may hire a diversity candidate where, in the past, they would have hired the white guy. Boeing's problem is not D.E.I., its G.R.E.E.D.
Its not politically correct...but it's correct lol
Based on the title and the thumbnail, I'll take an 8X!! LOL
Falcon 8X is a great jet.
My favorite of all I have seen. Unfortunately I'll never get to fly in one.@@BizJetTV
Great video. Always good to hear advise from an expert like yourself.
Great work Fabrizio. Amazing to see how such an established manufacturer such as Boeing can fall from grace. Power corrupts, absolutely power corrupts absolutely.
Aviation is a very unforgiving industry. DEI has no place here.
How come in last video, you said not to buy a jet?
Thank you. Great video.
Great work Fabrizio.
Well said
how to be racist without saying it
I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or if you're really just dumb...
And people like you are the reason planes are falling from the sky..
If I'm flying I want the best people flying, engineering and building the plane for my safety. I could care less of their color or who they sleep with, but that should NOT be the reason they are hired. Lives are at stake. If that hurts anyones feelings, so be it. Most people have no understanding of the DEI policies in this country. The government is pretty much forcing to hire not based on most qualified and that is a problem. There are consequences if a company does not comply. The government should stay out of private business.
@@Joe-ik1np Why do you assume that the best people are white men. That assumption smacks of all kinds of bigotry. Just saying.
Fab, I usually can get behind what you say but I must say, on this occasion, you're waaaay off base. The problem with Boeing is D.E.I., it's G.R.E.E.D.
After the merger with McDonell Douglas, Boeing stopped focusing on engineering excellence and shifted focus to ROI and shareholder return. THAT'S what's gone wrong at Boeing. BTW, DEI doesn't mean they are taking unqualified people just to fill a quota. What it means is that of the qualified candidates seen they may hire a diversity candidate where, in the past, they would have hired the white guy. Additionally, why is it assumed that the white guy is qualified? Looking forward to hearing from you on this.
