I love my bottle of Heart of Darkness, definitely a staple in my ink collection.

I love Platinum Carbon black. I saw this in bookbinders and thought “should I get it?” But I don’t know. I actually really like the sheen on P Carbon. What an hobby when you get blacks that are blacker.

I really want to get a bottle of this ink. I use Aurora Black currently but Chou Kuro is BLACK.
    But the price...

Yeah it's expensive hard to justify, I'd rather just get a bottle of Platinum's Carbon Black for half the price

Go halves with a friend. Share the bottle. One person gets the bottle this time and the other has their half decanted into a bottle or jar. Next time swap who gets the bottle. It makes it a more affordable treat. Shhhh I can find all sorts of ways to justify ink purchases.

Not related to this video at all, your frequent showing and comparisons of Robert Oster inks really help keep the ones I am interested in fresh in my mind. There may be a parcel of ink on its way to my house. Thank you Mr Ink Enabler :) ETA Your favourites list is way too helpful.

I love Robert’s inks, and will always show them off constantly!

Its water resistance is impressive. Would you know how resistant Aurora or the Diamine are? An even, predictable gray in a wash would work well for me.

Haven't used the Aurora, personally, but I have yet to use any Diamine with much water resistance, if any.
