Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments. Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments
It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Robert! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Robert L Cox.
Premier Real Estate? Haha wow. I just had to end my lease early with those clowns because they thought a 2 year old running across the floor above me from 7am to 10pm was acceptable on tile without carpet. I never even had drawers in the kitchen, they only wanted to fix them when I was moving out. Also had a huge gap under the front door letting in mice and spiders. Apartment neighbors are the worst too. No more greedy landlords for me. Just looked up that apartment, it's still vacant after 3 months! I feel sorry for anyone that moves in there! It sounds like a warzone. They even drop bowling balls randomly!
How about mandate all apartment buildings have thick insulation between floors or concrete floors? Humans aren't designed to live on top of each other, so insulation would be great at isolating sound. It needs to be law because these greedy land princesses won't make any improvements on their own.

Absolutely! Profits are possible, especially now, but complex transactions should be handled by experienced market professionals.

Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things
Cox demonstrates an excellent understanding of market trends, making well informed decisions that leads to consistent profit
Owning property 101 is that things have to be maintained and repaired. If you can not do this don't have rental property.
