Ravens fan here. I feel that these two loses are blessings in disguise for y’all. When teams go on these long winning streaks it becomes hard to figure out any flaws in your schemes and game plans. Then when you reach the playoffs you get blind sided because you didn’t know what to improve on. I think these losses helped you gain some footing on what to work on before the playoffs start. Best of luck.

Stating the facts that was our problem last year we was so comfortable and the titans embarrassed us that’s why I feel more comfortable this year going forward we are working on our problems early Steelers will be fine
Also the problem with long winning streaks is that you end up doing the same thing every game (cos its working) and you don't really have a plan B for when the going gets tough. If teams figure out how to stop you then having a backup plan is essential

randy fichtner frustrates me so much. Their offense is so predictable there’s no way they can actually have a good game. It’s boring to watch Ben throw 4 yd passes every play that get dropped 50% of the time. I’m not saying fire him but idk if he’s the right guy for that job

Stupid play calling, bad execution, which leads to a defense getting exhausted early, which leads to the opponent finding it easier to make needed plays.

Yaboiiace87, The defense played good despite missing Robert, Bud, and Hayden. the issue is play calling, and receivers dropping one ball after another. The next three games the Steelers will make the necessary adjustments in offense. Tomlin already made an example of benching Johnson. Pittsburgh back is against the wall. Historically Pittsburgh have played well as an under dog. If all goes well Steelers will be a danger team in the play off.

We need better play calling on offense
This offense needs many changes better play calling and receivers catching the ball, if your going to be a offense thats going to move the ball throwing it short and making receivers run after the catch as much as this offense does then you can't have the drops that they are having. Also try running the ball, first six weeks they averaged over 129 yards per game on the ground and almost 5 yards per carry. Since then under 56 yards per game and under 3 yards per carry. Get back to running the ball and not throwing it 50 plus times a game.

This is the perfect time for this kinda rough patch. We bought ourselves some breathing room by going 11-0 and it's not too late in the season for us to make adjustments we still got 3 games before the playoffs. Now we gotta really go back to the drawing board and take a hard look at the damn offense we had too many injuries on D for them to bail us out of every game now

We can't keep throwing our defense out there every 2 minutes to save us you could tell by the 2nd half they were done. This is what happens when you have no run game you can't sustain a drive and your Defense can't get any rest

Our depth was tested tonight and they did not answer the bell, from opening kickoff to closing kneel down we were not the better team and it showed. Every team deals with injuries so that's no excuse, but I will say as currently constructed this group does not have the capability to go anywhere, and even at full strength it would be a stretch because it relied on the defense being damn near perfect at moments and that's pretty much unstainable over 17 weeks and 3-4 playoff games.

Im a bills guy but this was entertaining as shit. The play calling blew that game in my eyes for you. Our run defence is terrible and steelers didnt event try to push. I get the run isnt the steelers strongest hand but you cant just hope to boatrace in the air against buffalo.

Arrowhead in January is going to be tough on the Steelers. I have never seen as many dropped passes by WRs in all my life. They need to put some gorilla glue on their gloves or something! But... It wont help them against the Chiefs. Chiefs are just coasting at this point till the playoffs, where they will dominate and win another SuperBowl.
I'm a Chiefs fan, so I'm personally loving the L tonight. That said, it's hard not to get pumped up when you give a talk like that. Resilience baby. Chiefs Kingdom will be seeing Steeler Country in the post-season!

I think it was middle of the 4th they said Josh Allen had ZERO incompletions in the second half. He missed a few long balls after that but you let any qb have that many passes and no incompletes they will light you up

Big Ben most definitely has a serious knee injury and thats why the playcalling is what it is.. Quick passes to protect Ben.. Even when he has room to run when everyone is covered Ben doesn't even attempt to pick up the yards that are there for him to pick up.. I'm sure they will reveal the exact problem with his knee eventually, most likely once the season is over or when they have to sit him cuz he just cant play with the injury.. No way they call quick passes on every down all of a sudden if their was nothing wrong with that knee.. I'm a Buffalo fan btw but its so clear that Ben is compromised right now.. Too bad he cant rely on the running game cuz thats non existant right now...

Nearly all the oline was out, all our LBs out and some starting D line out...top CB out... Crucial drops... One bad int... Terrible Run play calling. He finally some put some screens in... But no counters and no deep balls (but one that was intercepted) with three solid wide receiver playmakers... With all this this definitely is what the outcome should have been maybe a little worse against a real good buffalo team but if this gets corrected and we get some starters back we'll be all right for run.
1. Fichtner is a QB coach, not a coordinator. Send him back or away with him. His play calling is disgusting. 2. Where are the 2 minute drills? When ben can get out there and call his own plays, we ride. 3. Obvisouly the run game needs to be worked on. But most importantly,
STOP DROPPING PASSES! I agree in the fact I wanna see more Vance, let's get back to basics, get watt in at fullback and lets start punching the ball down the opponents throat. Defense is fine, but the offense needs to be able to stay on the field to allow our defense to rest. 11-5, 12-4, 13-3... I dont care. Come playoff time, it's time to put on your big boy pants and play some steeler football.
