I know this is a year late: but THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS! I just had my interview with the University of Liverpool and I have another interview tomorrow with the University of Plymouth. I feel like I am better prepared to do well in these interviews from your videos. They really helped me. Hoping to get into med school now

1. Picture of family: remind of home, may improve quality of care 2. Blanket from home: remind of home, provide comfort, enable better sleep 3. Deck of cards: occupy time, learn new games, something to do with visitors 4. Book: occupy time, learn something new 5. Notepad: document questions to medical team, journal about experience/whatever
Phone - keep in contact with friends so can receive messages of support and keep in touch good for mental health. Comfortable clothes - makes feel relaxed Something to remind you of home Tooth brush and tooth paste personal hygiene is important Razor blade
Spare clothes Blanket in case they feel the cold Phone & charger Toiletries Tablet & charger (in case things get boring, for games) Or the tablet I could equally switch out for a makeup bag depending on the friend and their priorities
