Fry 10chillies
Coriander 1 and half spoon
Jeera 1/4th
Metthe little
Fry well
Then grind along with tamarind
Marination.
Prawns
Haldi
Ginger garlic paste
Pepper
Little chilly powder
Lime
Mix well and wait
Add ghee and fry the prawns.
Remove the prawns if water is too much don't Fry prawn too much in it's water.
Only Fry the prawn water till it dries.
Then again Add prawns and fry a little.
Again Add ghee and
Garlic
Onion fry well.
Curry leaves
Add masala and fry till water seperates
At last coriander
