Question pastor, what about my son who says he believed, got baptized even, but now says he doesn't believe anymore and says he is an athiest. Or another family member who claimed to believe on Jesus alone but later fell away and got into Satsnism and dealing drugs, and disappeared 20 years ago hiking and presumed dead. True stories. What if you stop believing? Is the belief present or past tense?
We are in at least the first half of the 5th cycle of discipline.

This is a sincere question. Since Jesus died for all, the only thing different about me than a lost person is faith.. faith is not a work. Why is God pleased with faith? Without faith it is impossible to please God. Does the Bible explain the reason ehy faith is required and critical to God? Why did God not decide on universalism for example? I wish I had a full understanding of this.
I'm not opposed to a pre-tribulation rapture, but it's not good to give people false hope. It's better that the church prepare for the Great Tribulation and hope for a pre-trib rapture rather than go through the Great Tribulation unprepared and with hopes dashed. Remember, the rapture isn't our hope. Jesus Christ/God is our hope.

You're in error , no such thing in scripture even indicates it , quite the opposite in fact .

I am post trib, pre wrath. Revelation 13:7. If it is God's will, it would be my great honor to die for him, although I am terrified to do so. Think of the apostles. How many people believed after witnessing and hearing of their death and martyrdom? ✝️💛

@@SuperPatrick777 If you are a believer, you will not go through the tribulation period. We all will have tribulation in our lives, as Jesus said. But that is different from going through the tribulation period of seven years.
