I like your channel more than the other ones because you are more real and not reel or acting on cam.
And you are just straightforward and vocal(also your voice is very clear) about your emotions and thoughts which most RUclipsrs are not.
Just for some views people do more of acting than be real on cam.
Also you share some key points about the restaurant in which you try the food challenges.
Plus you look very calm and composed and not sleepy or tired even after finishing the challenge , which is very nice.

Born in Montreal. The local pool hall had a small kitchen. All they served were hotdogs, hamburgers and fries. The hotdogs were steamed, with cabbage on top and mustard. The buns were buttered on the outside and grilled almost flat. They were a treat as a kid!

Born and raised in Quebec City, Ketchup isn't so much a thing but Mayonaise is huge, especially the Hellsman brand is a total goto/classic, especially if you go to the chain restaurant "Chez Ashton" which is only available in Quebec City. Been in the US for 19 years and it is still my favorite restaurants.

Yes Montréal is the only town in Province of Québec where you cannot turn right on red light. Congratulations for winning this challenge . Almost each town in have his own poutine(not "pouteen") specialized restaurant! Everything started in Victoriaville surround 50(ich) years ago. Bienvenue au Québec Joël!🎉🎉😋

I was born in Shawinigan, Québec. I now live in Québec city. My 20 y.o. son and I have a « best poutine » répertoire. We like the « classic » version : fries, gravy (sauce), cheese curds. That’s what most people usually think of when we say « poutine ». I had so many poutines in my life, but I never had the one you just had ! The origin of poutine is apparently somewhere between Drummondville and Victoriaville. No matter who you ask, the best poutine is ALWAYS in the home town of the person you ask. I say the best is Beauparlant on main street downtown Shawinigan. 😊

The fact that Niko made it through approximately 7 lbs. of food during his very first ever challenge is impressive as heck. I love it when you team up with first-timers and try to guide them through it; every single person's experience and reactions are different and entertaining. We used to have Disco Waffle Fries in NJ. Basically the same thing, but different cheeses. I used to mix ketchup in with the gravy. Super delicious.

One of the reasons I’ve loved watching you for years is that you have great table manners. What the heck kind of poutine was THAT?! Poutine is good fries, good cheese curds and decent gravy. Delicious! University of Ottawa students canNOT survive without it. Many government workers can waste a good chunk of their day chasing down their favorite poutine food truck. Even the squirrels have their favorite food truck.

A walk. Sleeping in the hotel room after that and a massive training session in the evening.
