Hi Crystal! I was looking for a butterfly appliqué for a cup cozy that I’m currently making for Christmas gifts. And low and behold I found your tutorial. You never fails. Big fan!!! I also follow you on Facebook.
Very much like the video of the butterfly with 4 rounds in which you joined the 2 halves together with a single crochet and picot. I will have to try this one now. I just completed 2 of those butterflies and sent them off for a gift. I used a yarn needle to thread through a long strand of yarn at the top, secured it and then chain stitched a few stitches on each, slip stitched back on chain, an secured to the body. Viola-- crocheted antennae! Making a pair, one of each design would be neat. May try that too.
