True but there needs to be some common sense too. If you're dating a guy who's whole image is around being gangster, and sings songs about being a bad boy for life, and his friends at his parties are real life criminals and gangsters, its probably a red flag and someone to avoid, let alone having a relationship with them. If they make music videos that treat women as basically hoes, he probably doesnt have any respect for women.
Another issue is all the friends and celebrities who must have known, Doesnt say much for Jlo or Beyonce, JayZ, Usher, Pink and many others who must have known.
