That’s exactly right. I just made a comment on how expensive these are compared to back in the day. A $50 box from the late 90s would be about $140 today. These boxes are a rip off.
Back in the day, my Grandpa would take me to the card shop. We’d wander the shop and would buy me a pack. Every now and then we’d buy a box. It was usually a mid-tier box and it’d cost about $50. That was 25 some years ago. It’s too bad these boxes that are showcased as something special go for $300-$400. I guess now our generation gets to watch people open up a box of cards as it financially makes zero sense to pay for that ourselves! Go Pack Go. Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you 😂

Possibly the most aptly named product Panini has. Certainly gives you the "Illusion" you're gonna get your money's worth. Like the cards, just not the price/value.

Have not opened a hobby box in 2 year. No big name QB rookies it's not worth the price. It's maybe a $199 box.
It's such bs that panini puts points in hobby boxes, if they are going to do that it should be minimum of 600 points
