Why is she living with 10 kids as a grandmother ? 😢 that's my concern. Then people shame women who don't want kids but pple burden their parents who are supposed to be retiring and resting it's not fair 😢😢😢
Exactly. Infantalised parenting that wants to prioritise partying over their kids' needs. A whole panic at the disco over Pritt and scissors. Really grow up. But ya'll was popping bottles for Dezemba Boss. Whose the boss now?!
The problem with these demands is that it's just going to increase from here if it's not halted now. Next year you'll be buying milk for the staff room. Some are bringing alcohol into it when some parents & guardians don't drink and can barely afford bread in their homes. So should they suffer because of the vast majority?
Eish! I get the concerns. So must the Department give the kids everything? I mean public schools no longer ask for school fees and the kids get free text books. How must the schools be kept clean? These are things one must think of before making a child. Planning ahead is important. Where will the kids write? Must they be given books, pritts, crayons etc? Why not save R150/R200 monthly from the SASSA grant to take care of stationery? It's not like they didn't know it'll be needed at the beginning of each year. Are these gvt's children na? Hayi noko. Makuthwaliswane. It'd be nice if companies producing these can also contribute and help poor parents but this culture of receiving hand-outs is dangerous. Schools need to be run as a business model to take care of its learners - Let the schools manufacture its uniforms and use the money to prioritise the poor.
You have always received everything for free so now anc want more houses and new cars you must pay more baba , you voted 🗳 for the greed now why you making cry ? Or is it apartheid fault or maybe 1652 🥱🤌
@kurtzverhoeve5280 Have white folks not been beneficiaries of the Apartheid gvt? Why are you all living in the best places while blacks struggle? Have you forgotten how land was taken or you assume you can afford all the land? You've had privileges based on your skin colour. The fact that you are not moved by others' struggle says a lot.
It's ridiculous, people don't have these things in their home somehow they're supposed to buy for a school. It's even interesting that they suddenly want these when private schools start asking for them, they want to steal these supplies.
"Some none paying schools are asking for cleaning items".. what's wrong with that? I mean they are already not paying school fees, what more do you want, some people are just ungrateful, just buy to keep the schools running and stop always complaining and wanting hand-outs. We can also hear that the granny with 10 grandchildren is a Zimbabwean complaining about not getting what should be for South Africans, the nerve that these foreigners have is truly aggravating. Lastly how is the lady with 3 children able to afford both school fees for her two kids and day care while she's not working? Yet is still able to complain. South Africans we need to stop this bad habit of complaining when the government provides so much for us!
If the stationery list asking for cleaning stuff, it means the non paying school fees schools, government is not giving enough money for cleaning materials, howver no need to ask for so much atleast one item per child in a class
There is nothing wrong with asking for cleaning products but imagine a class of 40 children with the same list every school term Where do those things go kahle kahle
Where are the parents of the 10 grandchildren , This happens wen the ANC government comes looking for your vote and we give it to them ... we will suffer
My advice it plan in advance.all yeat long i take R100 of put shoprite gift card and R50 pm Ackermann voucher i make use of R650 deal in January.R1200 is enough. to cover stationary.make it a yearly in plan. It can be done.
As a child growing up I was the child didn't have schools shoes nor stationary .my only goal was never let my only daughter ever felt that way .ur child will have school memories just like all us do.For me it's giving my child the opportunity to focus.Education has it challenges I won't be reason I make harder as for daughter she pass with all 7s I can't speak for other folk.just saying how my child adapt socially and economically is my responsibility as a Parent and not the Teacher or the school.

It's really sad
Schools should be more considerate about what they put on these lists
If we can spend 1 trillion on alcohol, i don't see a reason why stationary would be a problem
i totally agree with you.... December we have money to buy Expensive Christmas clothes...and parents these days even buy their kids I-phones...
@@Meza.Mani87 😂😅😅😂😅😂. Yeah, the taxpayers can't fund other kids
Theres money for fireworks, and alcohol. But not for childrens education

Exactly..you want to feel sorry for them but they will still say viva anc😢

If you can afford things good for you, that doesn't give you right to criticise. Keep your nose out of things that don't concern you.
This country is going through hell
Why is handy Andy on stationery list🤦♀️
Teacher needs to spring clean her house.
To clean the school toilets per cleaners.

Vote cANCer , you get what you vote for

Free education that was promised to us .this list must be compared to the pass rate .
I my time we never spent a cent in stationary, the government took care of everything. ANC is slowly but surely collapsing the education system
Some teachers take some of the items for their private use in their homes!😢
There is nothing wrong with asking for cleaning products but imagine a class of 40 children with the same list every school term
Where do those things go kahle kahle
Why school wants cleaning supplies that's not fair
What I know is that stationary is not a force, you are just assiisting the school to stay afloat. If you can't afford you can't.
Where are the parents of the 10 grandchildren , This happens wen the ANC government comes looking for your vote and we give it to them ... we will suffer
At best, those things are absolutely unnecessary!😢😢😢

It helps yes but what the kids learn in school is useless plus the pass rate can not be compared to what we spend.
