About 2 mths ago, I let go of everything I was doing for others, and I was doing a lot while not truly taking care of myself. I’ve lived that way all my life; always putting others 1st! I eventually just let it all go. Of course no one understood and I tried to explain my why, which didn’t help. After a while, I just let it be. Putting me 1st and truly caring for my mental state and health has been the best decision for me. I’ve stepped into a new energy which feels pretty good and energizing. I’m at an exciting time in life. Life if good and peaceful💜

Month of May has already been a big month for AI in the media and it’s very crazy energy. Changing a paradigm of thought is not revolutionary it is necessary and grounding/digging deep is the key to multi level transformation success.
People pleasing bringing a hit of sugar for the recipient and being depleting for us--wow! This is so helpful to realize! As a people pleaser, knowing it doesn't really help the other person is good for me to hear. I've been trying to find myself in this for awhile. I stepped away from it as an issue at much while focusing on raising my babies, but now that I'm out alone again, finding my center is being revisited. Thanks, Lee!
The candle exercise helps in getting you out of your mind to get to the stillness within and lessening the ego/monkey mind chatter. And yes, nature is great for that as well as meditation. I also ask what I need to heal and go to that area and work on it...lots of lower chakra healing going on now with everyone, those chakras have been very abused here. Eventually you get to observing through your heart and not participating in the drama. It's a process and continuous work within and without and transmuting energy.

Love the destruction of the myth of people pleasing... Had this huge revelation in my personal life where I couldn't stay in a relationship/conversation that I had endured for all my life. When I expressed my new boundary, I was met with even more anger from that person. That's when I realized that I would no longer engage in people pleasing mechanisms that I thought were protecting me. My guides inspired me to install this new belief : "Your resentment is your choice, not my responsability."
How is it possible not to reasonate with people I might ask? Your pure energy Lee and your allowance to bring it to us as a very understanding, grounding and helpful ways has a massive profound effect to those who listen to you and those who already had listened give it out even unsubconciously.. I'm feeling these themes a lot lately. And just before I watched this, I was reflecting on how many things I've engaged with recently where I really need to draw a boundary and pull back my energy. Lee has also been speaking about the rise of fire energy for months now, and addressed people on the front lines fighting for change or a cause. I didn't feel called to anything like that until very recently. I'm an artist and I suddenly find myself inspired to use my creativity to support a cause. I've been preparing my new craft room for months and I'm finally on the cusp of getting back to the work I've been planning since last year and starting a new business. I definitely see the way all of these energy themes are playing out for me personally already.

I love the rise of inner fire this month. In December I did a practice called Omen Walk (previously 12 Days of Omens, which is a bit more descriptive). But my fifth day, at noon when I had my reminder set to check for an omen, there was a firetruck parked outside my apartment. Ever since then I've been looking forward to May to see how that plays out in my life

This Energy Update was the confirmation I needed from the Universe... through you Lee!... to launch a project focussed around Wisdom that I had let out of the bag too early to a friend many months ago, and all the air went out. I'm feeling these themes a lot lately. And just before I watched this, I was reflecting on how many things I've engaged with recently where I really need to draw a boundary and pull back my energy. Lee has also been speaking about the rise of fire energy for months now, and addressed people on the front lines fighting for change or a cause. I didn't feel called to anything like that until very recently. I'm an artist and I suddenly find myself inspired to use my creativity to support a cause. I've been preparing my new craft room for months and I'm finally on the cusp of getting back to the work I've been planning since last year and starting a new business. I definitely see the way all of these energy themes are playing out for me personally already.
Thank you for your energy report...I had to laugh when you spoke of "creativity from chaos" because as I am listening to you I am creating in my studio which looks pretty much like it blew up! Blessings and gratitude

Some of the things you are sharing today have been coming up for me in these last few days.
One, to take a closer look at the places where I am still being a people pleaser ( I thought I was done with that !) Two, to stand still in silence. There is such richness in that space. It’s like basking in the merging of God’s loving energies and my higher self’s. Three, you inspired me to reconnect with my creativity. My most joyous moments have been when I have surrendered to creating. When I see the mess, I know I am in the flow. Feels great!!!!

On another note, I am having a hard time accepting that almost everyone is creating everything on zoom, or as pre-recorded courses. I am starving to connect with people in person. Nothing could ever replace being in a room full of people seeking to connect and heal.

I people please not out of fear but to avoid conflict, I believe it's required in the office environment. I just have to do it for 7 more months (currently working on my small business). Meanwhile these types of channels and videos help tons!

I love the rise of inner fire this month. In December I did a practice called Omen Walk (previously 12 Days of Omens, which is a bit more descriptive). But my fifth day, at noon when I had my reminder set to check for an omen, there was a firetruck parked outside my apartment. Ever since then I've been looking forward to May to see how that plays out in my life
