I didn't have PMI with VA loan and nothing down. I also am tax exempt. So it definitely helps. I bought my house and farm in 2016 and so thankful and have super low rate so paying house off this yr and continue to buy homes for future and my family. My husband also veteran and has successful business and between my military retirement and his its definitely blessing and have 4 sons 2 are serving overseas and 1 in college and youngest 16 I homeschool. I did a 165k cash reno and been doing rest on our own. But has been beneficial.
If a home is for sale, during the staging they set it up to look nice so when prospective buyers come in they can picture how it will be for them to live in it
