"Why"is the 2nd part of the story after "We Must Love". Why has no dancing and is only story based. It was released last fall (so before their newest song Sukhumvit Swimming) You absolutely must react to it. Its my fav song of there's a feels more like watching a short film w/ a soundtrack then just your average kpop song and MV. Thanks for reacting to ONF. BTW the member you noticed 1st is Wyatt (rapper), 2nd Hyojin (red hair), 3rd MK (blonde). The other members are J-US, E-Tion and U. Laun left the group in 2019 but is in the WML MV. ONF debuted in 2017 and they are under WM entertainment
Thanks for your reaction! “We Must Love” was filmed in Vietnam (as you can see in the b&w train station scene - 5:26 in your vid), so the dragon construction at the beginning of the MV actually exists. It’s part of an abandoned water park located at Huế. ONF travel a lot in their MVs. They couldn’t in “Sukhumvit Swimming” because of COVID-19 (although it’s a shout out to Thailand), but in “Why” they filmed scenes in France, Russia, Switzerland and Germany, and in “Complete” they went to Los Angeles. “Sukhumvit Swimming” and “ON/OFF” are the sole ones that were filmed in a studio. Tbh their debut song (ON/OFF) is *really* underrated imo - the song is good and the MV has gorgeous visuals and color palette. And I really like the natural shots they did in “Why”. I think in terms of visuals, I prefer “Why” over “We Must Love”.
OMG!! I was hoping that you check ONF they're so good and their sound is very attractive. Recently they came second place in Road To Kingdom and the history in thair music videos is so messy, it's difficult to understand... well for me. lol

If anyone hasn’t mentioned this already, the reason for why the vibe is so different between the two songs you saw today is because they have ON(refreshing, brighter, fun) and OFF(moody, dark, serious) concepts! The first song is an OFF concept and the second was an ON concept, out of the three other title tracks you didn’t see today, the songs ‘ON/OFF’ and ‘Complete’ are ON concepts, and ‘Why’ was their other OFF concept (they came out in the order I listed). They debuted in 2017 but they only started gaining a lot more attention recently thanks to competing on the show ‘Road to Kingdom’, which I highly recommend you watch for all the amazing performances as well as to kinda see their personalities haha, they even performed a remake of the first song, ‘We Must Love’ which I actually love more than the original 👀👀 My personal b-sides at the moment are (in no particular order) Gepetto, Asteroid, Fifty Fifty, Happily Never After, Fly Me to the Moon, Belle Epoque... I’ll just stop here before I list all of them lol 😅😅

ONF debuted in 2017, they had two comebacks before We Must Love (On/Off and Complete) which are also really good but the MV production value was definitely amped up from We Must Love onward. You'll also recognise some shots from Why are used in Sukhumvit Swimming too. We must love is probably my favourite title track but from their B-sides some of my favourites are Moscow Moscow (which has a lyric video they filmed in Moscow), Asteroid and their recent song New World that they performed on the competition show Road to Kingdom (they have a really well shot performance video you could check out). Really though, all of their B-sides are fire. *Members:* They are split into two teams and have 2 leaders, one for each team, who've been friends for over 10 years and trained for 6+ years together pre-debut: On team (vocals): 3:08 and 13:25 Hyojin (Leader, main vocalist, red hair) My bias, his voice is insanely good and his personality is so relatable. 4:22 and 14:29: E-tion (Lead vocalist) 5:21 and 14:36 MK (Lead vocalist, sub rapper): he was actually in the survival show that made Monsta X (real name minkyun). He also worked on producing most of the tracks on the new album. He's the blonde in We must Love whose voice you liked, he has a really unique voice and the highest range. Off team (performance): 3:29 and 13:34 J-Us (Leader, lead dancer, vocalist and rapper) The one in the post-apocalyptic setting you saiid was very good looking, that look on him is killer :) 2:49 and 13:40: Wyatt (Main rapper, lead dancer, vocalist) The rapper you liked, his personality is very much what you see in Sukhumvit Swimming, in fact all of them are, they are all very loud and very entertaining. 3:46, 4:43 and 13:47: U (Main dance, lead rapper, sub vocalist) He also helps with a lot of their choreography and does most of the editing for their self-made MVs. 2:41: Laun who left the group after We Must Love for personal reasons. He was the 'n' in ONF and was between both groups. I love how you though Wyatt was so much older since, apart from U and Laun (born 1999), all the members are born in 1994-1995 but they look so young its unfair! Hyojin is the oldest, Wyatt is 4th. Also yeah everyone heard it as Stupid Swimming lol, eventually you get used to it and it sounds like Sukhumvit. So yeah the storyline would take an essay to explain, every MV from debut is linked though and you were right about it involving time travel/manipulation. The barcode also indicated that they were an android and there are copies of the members who are real and those which aren't I think. The tuk tuk Wyatt was driving was his way to travel through time but I think others have other ways, might depend on whether they are real or androids? The big machine thing in MKs scene is the time travel machine I'm pretty sure, its shown up previously too. Sukhumvit Swimming is a spin off from the storyline where they are all in the own separate worlds (virtually realities I think) Honestly, no one really gets it completely, it looks cool though. The fandom name is FUSE (taking the F from ONF + muse) so its kinda a joke in the fandom that the we are all cONFused/conFUSEd together about the storyline. Btw if you ever see Stone Music or 1theK they are just the distributors for a range of groups, I recommend finding the company/groups channel when you can, for ONF that is WM entertainment. Sometimes there will only be captions on one version too (usually the companies but not always).

Just one thing. Only MK is an official sub rapper, the others rap from time to time but they are not officially rappers (Except for Wyatt obviously) But yeah we all know that at ONF everyone is main vocalist, main dancers and main rappers hahaha

Sukhumvit Swimming is supposed to be a spin-off or pre-qual to their story. I love pretty much all of their songs but I think my favourite is Fly me to the moon. They have a self made video for the choreography on their channel. They are under WM Entertainment so that is usually the best place to watch their videos from. I double bias J-US (The extremely good looking one in black in Sukhumvit) and MK (the Blond that caught your attention in We Must Love) in this group because choosing was impossible. Though they all wreck the hell out of me on the regular.

I just started watching your reaction, but I'm commenting right away haha... I've been listening to ONF since their debut, but I'm lame when it comes to actually getting to know the group, so I still don't know the members (I tried, but I still only recognize two of them hahahaha), but I really like their music and I'm always excited to hear new stuff when they have comeback... I actually got interested in them from the beginning because they're in the same company as B1A4 and Oh My Girl (I really love Oh My Girl lol) and also because one of the members - MK was in No Mercy, so... Monsta X connection there lol ... but yeah, they're awesome and they're probably the group that I want to get to know more the most at the moment, so I'm happy you checked them out! I'm off to watch now hahaha
You definitely have to check out Why and Complete, but before you do, check out WML again by yourself so you connect more dots when you watch the music videos 👁
stone music is a distributor. if you can, you should try and watch m/vs from the labels or groups channel instead of stone music. in a lot of cases the official channel will have subtitles and the view count counts in the companies stats
So YT's little thumbnail hover preview thing caught my attention with Dreamcatcher's Scream opening. So I just had to find out what the connection was. Then as soon as the first video starts... there it is. :) But otherwise, it was pretty good, so thanks yt's preview and everyone that recommended this to Sarah. Sidenote: This made me wonder if YT cater's these previews for the user, because 8:14 is such a random spot for them to be pulling from. Did anyone else who isn't Insomnia also get the same preview? Or maybe it was just a coincidence and they just pulled from a full shot that was different from the rest.
Ah well I wasn't implying that they copied anything or something, I just usually focus on filmmaking and when I notice any slight similarities I just like to call them out to maybe show someone something new.
