@@vinayakchoudhary4279 I do not have a guruji. I’ve been lucky enough to have music (including Hindustani classical) as a large part of life since I was young.
Due to my location and my ear I’ve been self taught on all of my instruments.
I’ve loved learning and playing sitar for years now. It’s easily my favorite instrument to play and to listen to.

I should add though that I’ve listened to a lot of Maihar Pandits and Ustads. Like Ustad Ali Akbar Khan, who I originally learned the sargam to raag Puriya Dhanashree from his book: The Classical Music of North India, The First Years Study.
Also, Pandit Nikhil Bannerjee and Pandit Ravi Shankar as well as his Daughter Anoushka have been very influential in all of my music.
