It's less dedication, more obsession with preconceived beauty standards. It's the difference between going to the gym like 3 times a week + getting your daily steps in and pumping creatine, while juggling 5 different proteins and workout routines and redlight bathing and pre-workouts and extreme diets... You get it. There's a normal way to do this and an extreme way. The pillow one is so true. For people who struggle with pimples/acnes, putting a towel on your pillow or changing your pillowcase everyday helps a lot to prevent developing said problems. One possible cause that your pillow accumulates bacteria is because you sleep sideways or you're sleeping on your stomach and you drool. The mouth is one of the most dirtiest areas of the human body, thus when you drool it goes to your pillow, and since you sleep sideways, resting your face directly on your pillow, your skin is getting contact with these bacteria. Hence, if you don't change your pillowcases, these bacteria accumulates, and yes, it is disgusting.

I hope that Kronii actually researched the chemicals of all of her skincare routine, because some of them neutralize themselves and some even can react badly and end up hurting your skin in the long run instead of helping.
There's an easy way to understand that. Just imagine each product and step of Kronii's skincare is a buff/modifier that you stack before going to face the dungeon boss, and then there's a specific sequence that synergizes and max out the damage output. In her case, it maximizes skin health
Can't wait to hear Kronii do Hip To Be Square in karaoke sometime. But seriously, that's a lot of work. She'd probably fare better depending on how healthy she eats. I use soap and water for washing. After a major health scare a few years ago (an 11 mm kidney stone that required emergency surgery while I was in Central Europe. Long story.), I went to my doctor and asked for a list of everything I shouldn't eat. I changed my diet literally overnight. I cut out fast food and excess salt/sugar. I drink only water, and eat fruits, vegetables, fish, and chicken for the necessary vitamins, antioxidants, etc. I also live on a hill and hike laps on it for an hour a day. I'm a caregiver; I've seen firsthand what diabetes does to someone as they age, and I absolutely refuse to go out like that. It seemed boring and awkward at first. But now I'm in better shape than I ever was in my 20s, most strangers assume I'm half my age, and I'm the only one left my family who isn't diabetic. All that work does pay off over time.
I would actually like to see what Kronii’s gym and diet look like. Sometimes people will pick up unnecessary stuff like walking on a treadmill when they should be doing more strength/mobility training. Our bodies are too good at keeping us from wasting energy when we walk so your not gonna get much results out of that. Still good to do it though.
She recently said she's finally added cardio, some time on the treadmill. She had a previous diet where she'd try to eat sub 1000 calories everyday but since like last week she's been doing keto
@@kanashi9957 People really need to just put some actual research into this kind of thing. Unless she's REALLY short and already doesn't have very high maintenance calories to begin with, just deciding "hmmm I'm going to starve myself that'll help me lose weight!" is such a bad idea. The body reacts poorly to it, eating periods become way more calorie dense, and most people can't sustain it for long enough to see any notable changes. Dieting needs to be gradual, and optimally based around replacing low-satiation, high calorie foods with high-satiation, low calorie foods. Also that cardio on the treadmill better be actual running. If it's walking the payoff is literally pointless compared to the time invested, save for the dopamine you get for walking (or as a very light warm-up for leg training).
Oh... she is korean, which explains alot about her dieting, self image, self care routines and general attitude in life. Funny how one thing can put everything into perspective. Someone should tell her that the korean standard should be tossed.
@@Koan__ but does she come from a family whose ethnicity is korean dominated or something? Like, she looks somewhat korean and maybe identifies with the appearance standards as a result.
I mean... it depends. Culturally there may be a lot of pressure to look like all these pop stars and such. Idk I'm not Korean or that knowledgeable about Korea. But as long as it's not causing her any serious physical or mental harm it shouldn't be an issue. She's young and can handle the activity, and working out is good. Especially you stream and do a lot of work on the computer. She dances as part of her job sometimes so it helps to be in good shape. And having good daily hygiene is important. Honestly, she may be doing a bit more, but I don't see any harm in it.

But now I'm in better shape than I ever was in my 20s, most strangers assume I'm half my age, and I'm the only one left my family who isn't diabetic. All that work does pay off over time.
Always funny when women talk about skincare and it suddenly sound like they have a PhD in Chemistry
Me nodding along while just getting home burnt out from the semester having not seen a shower in a week.
There’s ‘High Maintenance’ and then there’s ‘You’re going to have to assemble a logistics company.’
0:33 meanwhile I'm using old t-shits as pillow covers... XD
If we based on her Ring Fit stream she just does strength stuff and 0 cardio.
she obviously gets her info from shitty online sources and know jack shit about any of it
She recently said she's finally added cardio, some time on the treadmill.
@@Ms666slayer Based on her Ring Fit streams she's losing 9/10 times in a fist fight against 10 pound dumbbells lol.
Christ bless you, love her reaction to that
I just use facial cleanser, water, and a dream for my skin care 😭 i could never have a consistent long skincare routine like that
"There is an idea of Ouro kronii. An Abstraction..."
For me it's lucky if I even come back from work or just gaming and even wash my face before I sleep or wake up or go anywhere...
As if her pumping iron wasn't enough of an exercise.
How much can you even cleanse and hydrate
The reaction to her skincare talk really goes to show how male (and single) Kronii's audience is lmaoooooo
If a product claims to "melt" anything on your face, or fat, don't believe it, I beg you 😅
So now we know a bit more of how she manages to be perfect.
Perfection comes at the cost of extremely high maintenance. Courters, keep your wallets secured.
Perfection takes work
If i had to do all that before going to sleep every night...man i would never sleep ever again.
Pillow mist? Wtf that’s a thing?
Oh... she is korean, which explains alot about her dieting, self image, self care routines and general attitude in life. Funny how one thing can put everything into perspective. Someone should tell her that the korean standard should be tossed.
She's Canadian
@@Koan__both
@@Koan__ but does she come from a family whose ethnicity is korean dominated or something? Like, she looks somewhat korean and maybe identifies with the appearance standards as a result.
Kronii was born in South Korean and her family move to Canada later, so yeah she's ethnically Korean.
I mean...
"You can always be thinner... look better."
hard work!
being real, feel like she cleans too much too often
most gentle "snap" i've ever seen.
I once thought about discovering better skincare until I saw how expensive it was. It's not just a full-time job, it's also a very expensive hobby.
Me, uses dawn dish soap for body wash. “If the pimples and dry skin are gone, why pay more?”
My head hurts from all these info.
Me : water, plap plap face gud, face ready.
I'm glad that my skin is the type that washing with soap will make it clean
Man i love kronii
Ah the type of girl you have to wake up early so she can get ready before you or you wake up early and get ready and chill
Men uses 1 soap for everything
Respect to people who can wear contacts in general, I both like the look of glasses and am utterly terrified of contacts
One of the coolest (and also hottest lol) things to me are colored contacts, shit can be quite striking and I always notice them immediately
It sounds like she could do an entire skincare channel if she ever gets bored with the VTuber thing
If Kronii is a car she would be a Maserati. Because JEEZUS CHRIST THE AMOUNT OF MAINTENANCE!!!
Not to mention how missing even just a few of them can make her “break down”.
Skincare routine?
You mean staring directly up at the running shower?
squeaky clean floor buffer'd spongebob ahh moment
Reminds me of "American Psycho"…...
Looks like i ain't the only one....
"My pain is sharp and unending, and I do not wish for a better world for anyone. In fact, I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape." - Ouro Kronii, unprompted
next up she will tell us her keto diet follow by her supplements regime lol
So she's one of those Min-Maxing the time to "prepare".
Not hearing allat
she must be really pretty irl if shes this picky about beauty products
"I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine.
In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches.
I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser.
Then a honey-almond bodyscrub.
And on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub.
Then I apply an herb mint facial masque,
which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol,
because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion."
What does keto do for the skin?
hearing her continue about everything kept making me go "dear god, it cant get any worse and more complex!" multiple times.
as a guy with red rough dry flaky skin that I HATE dealing with every moment. I wish I knew what to do with my skin half as much as Konii seems to for hers.
I'm finally trying to branch out with differnet products than what I've been using in the past. like Aveenno or Nivea but I need a proper face wash cause what I've been using doesn't do the trick.
