Not sure I agree with the “disaster zone” or “building destroyed” comments. I was expecting to see all the walls and doors gutted and no stairs or ceiling. Looks to me like they can install the drywall in a day.
Maybe 3 or 4 more days they can have it taped and muddled.
Roll up the plastic and call in a cleaning crew on day 5.
After that your left with the damages they caused to the tank stands (probably didn’t realize the value of the stands and assumed it was left by previous tendentious, or they’re just careless and rushing making mistakes. They should absolutely be held accountable for the damages which come to how much $?

This, considering he had to pay for the utilities of a building he was told he could move into before he was legally allowed to even be in there, the lying, the extensions of deadlines, he really gave the landlord every chance he could give them, and this is how they treated him, it's no wonder it was left abandoned, building issues aside, if this was how the landlord treated someone whom they had a lease with. Just seriously, there's only so much good will to be given in a one sided relationship.

Hey bro' - not much to say that has not already been said. My heart aches for you but as a 70 year old guy who has seen ebbs and flows in his personal and professional life you will persevere, your are a survivor judging from whence you came. Your personal history speaks volumes - no words are needed. While you are in the thick of it I'm sure it could not look any darker - no advice to offer other than try and find a light and focus like a laser on that light. This is like dealing with a death in the family and the five stages of grief Kugler-Ross described. We call have your back my friend - stay strong if not for us than mostly for you and your family and loved ones. Peace.

And even as bad as it all is, you still came out on top! * Buy a peace of land in the town outskirts.
    * Build an enclosures that will house all the tanks, you can start of with a single one and build multiple structures.
    * people will visit you if even its a 30-60 min drive from the city center.
