For this set unfortunately you need to have Rapid Bakugo for the second slot, or GRIND enough memory fragments to use him. Mainly characters you don't have, you need to GRIND. which is why its P2w heavy in terms of straight up starting the season..
Having builds in Ultra Rumble is amazing, but how long it takes to grind, having people be able to buy them with crystals AND not letting you use character perks of characters you don't own is just terrible.
@@yaboihi9055 No, you can't use them. One of the costumes that I needed to make a build requires me to use a Yellow Villain data before I can use the major perk. But I don't own Yellow Shigaraki and it wont let me make the build because of it.
@@shiroiku9314 yeah that suks, it's not good for f2p and new player who dont pull/cant get skill set or character, and profitable for whaler since they have costume and can buy a lot of resources with souls and crystal just to maximise it at day one and have more access 😢
@@shiroiku9314 You can still get memories of characters you don’t own, I have some for mirio and hawks and own neither of them (still takes too long to grind tho since it’s completely random)
I'm pretty sure that Denki's special action not stunning is a bug. There is a passive that nulifies the stun effect, however. But you are using a special slot just to counter Denki.
@@Wolfenza you can only stun twice, at least that's how it was in Season 1. Denki Special into Gamma gives 2 stuns, trying to stun again gives a hard knockdown. With Denki's currently bugged Special you can't even stun once. The Special flinches them and the next Gamma will knock down.
13:10 and 18:30 - Classic solo queue Cool builds man. I've heard that apparently the All Might special enhancement starts you off with 50% PU at max level in higher rarity outfits so that would go pretty crazy with this concept too.
It's really nice to see a pair of builds that do not have the Kota Finder perk in them. It really showcases the variety of builds you can make! Also nice to see these two build with skins that are not PUR. Nice video, dude!
I have sony vegas, so I split the track and the one I want to change I click on track motion/crop button. Then you mess with the Key points on the crop timeline {the little diamonds if you use sony vegas}
This would be really strong if you could find a constume that had red and blue but allowed to go to lvl 10 and 11 that would be 21 per kill meaning 4 kos = PU
I feel like when you’re tuning your system has given Denki a buff because he literally just slaughter and I’m making my own custom build for him which suits how I like to play
Woulda been more broken with the almight special tune giving you about 45% plus ultra right at the beginning of the match. Also is better to level up PU skins
Seems pretty bad honestly. 6 kills and nearly 8 minutes before you finally get PU charged? Doesn't seem worth it. Maybe once they are leveled it will be good.
This games looks pay to win to hell, I checked it out and the amount of time I would have to spend in this game as a free to play new player just to stand a chance is crazy work! This game is targeted towards day one players and whales lol
