This was a great concert. I saw Metallica during the And Justice For All tour in Honolulu Hawaii. To me, it was the best time to see them. With a setlist from first 4 albums, it was for sure their prime.
US rock band Metallica have achieved a new Guinness World Records title after becoming the first musical act to play a concert on all seven of Earth's continents. The band set the record after they entertained 120 scientists and competition winners in a transparent dome at Carlini Station in Antarctica on Sunday. Metallica actually performed on all seven continents in a calendar year, following tour dates in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australasia in 2013.

I specifically remember watching this song Christmas night at my grandparents house. My 80 year old grandpa sat down and watched it with me. He was just fascinated by it. He'd never heard of Metallica or listened to anything like it. I was just 17 at the time. One of the best memories I have of him. Thank you for reacting to this song and bringing back some great memories. It's really cool to see you have the same connection to Metallica that we did all those years ago. The whole vibe and the whole crowd changed as all the rap kids and punk rockers were suddenly replaced with hundreds of bikers in their leathers. The concert in total with Gojira and Avenged sevenfold was 8 hours long. Never been so tired and sore in my entire life as that night. 8 hours of going nuts was pretty incredible.
