Hey DJ, If you add some chubby black olives to that chimmichurri sauce and let them sit for a couple of weeks you'll have the best appetizer olives of your life. Great recipe btw, easy and really tasty! Cheers from Brazil!

Hell yeah! Thats how you make Chimichurri. Its a spicy , earthy, flavorful and quick sauce that elevates any steak. I never thought raw garlic would be so flavorful, aromatic, spicy, delicious and keep the vampires away!

I love your sense of humor. One thing I'd have done to add to the humor is put my finger in the food processor with a packet of ketchup hidden in my palm. Then I'd have a recorded whiz sound play while I'm squeezing the packet of ketchup all over the place like I'm having my finger minced!

DJ BBQ haha normal vinegar is usually around 4-8% in strength and carries the flavour of what it was made of (apple cider, red wine) Swedish ättika is just The chemical acid and water, at a 24% solution. that was some sour sauce right there :)
