Still there are many things i can relate Classic GOW is better.
1) Save area (The saving light was huge relief for us to achieve after certain stage is over)
2) Gameplay mechanics (Rolling, jumping, giving sound while pushing R2)
3) 18+ (Those bed work task to get more red orbs :D)
4) Last but not least, TC Carlson voiceover. Though chris judge was best in GOW 2018, TC carlson's young aggressive Kratos voice was such OP. Especially the words, Zeus, Your son has returned, I'll bring the destruction of OLYMPUS, My Vengeance ends now and many more powerful dialogues in his strong voices. I miss his voice.

In greek era, camera is fixed and we cant explore many places so travelling sucks but Norse, you can explore many places even after completing main story and camera is flexible and it is a hack and slash game whereas new one is RPG kinda of game.
OG Kratos is one dimensional he desperately wants to kill Olympian gods especially Zeus but new Kratos is little bit wiser and concerned about killing the god and other mortals
I love new Kratos with beard and badass look but rage and aggression is missing
