Brother sorry to say but you are guiding people wrong about bilamik meadows. 1: jeep is not expensive, there is local transport there from damudas bazar and they charge 300 per person. 2: There are 2 guest house in thorsay bilamik where you can stay and believe me the standard of those guest house is not less than any luxury guest house. You can enjoy their traditional sweets and dishes at the guest house. 3: people are not that much conservative infact they are very hospitable we stay there for two days and made some friends there.
And yiu mentioned that theres no place to stay, the people their want tourism as theres in fairy meadows. Jeep track is far better than fairy meadows+you don't need any hiking to reach bilamik
