I’ve been doing this same thing! But I’m using a different Bible. My son is only 18 months, so I’ll just keep reading and adding more prayers and notes until he’s 18 ♥️
Wonderful! Ive done similar for my babies who are 2 and a half and 11 months. I got them each a childrens study Bible and i read it and pray over and it just such a sweet idea! ❤

I’ve been trying to work on one for me but my hubby keeps wanting me to work on his lol 😂 he’s already loving it! I also bought a bible for my son and he’s graduating this year too! I even got one for my mom that I need to work on too! Thx so much for your inspiration! ❤

They also recently released The Prayer Bible with brand new PRAYER PROMPTS same concept but the focus is prayer ❤ I’m just waiting for the genuine leather one to release ❤ the leather soft ones already released ❤

I saw that one online too. I like the idea. But be sure to check out the real thing in a store though. I checked this Bible on amazon and there were several reviews that said Jude was missing. Hopefully they have that problem fixed in the genuine leather one and in all upcoming prints of course.

I love this idea! My children's dad (he and I divorced several years ago) is not well. Among other things, he has to have an insulin pump for his diabetes. It would be awesome for him to do something like this for our children.

I'm making a prayer Bible for 1 of my son's for Christmas ( he's in his 40s) I want to gift my prayer Bible to my youngest granddaughter who is graduating in a few months. I wouldn't be doing this if the Holy Spirit hadn't led me to you after hearing I need to change my prayers for family to praying the scriptures. Thank you God bless you and yours. This is wonderful! I love it! I am doing similar, i have purchased a children's study Bible for my 2 youngest sons, who are 2 and a half and almost 1, and i have been going through for each Bible and highlighting interesting things, writing prayers in it, praying over it, etc. I know they arent big wnough for it yet, its geared toward ages 7-8 through 12 ish. I have their names embossed on the covers, and i always pray it will teach them to love God's word as much as I do! I think i will pass them to their grandmothers and aunts to do the same. ❤❤ thanks Jessica!

That’s so cool. For my baby shower for my first born we had a good church we were going to at the time and I had people sign his Bible that I got him for when he gets older and when he understands more and can read I was going to give it to him.
