- Masters of Rock 2012 Vizovice Live Píseň Far From the Fame (Daleko od slávy) byla napsána speciálně pro Masters of Rock 2012, kde si odbyla také svou premiéru. Píseň je o maršálu Karlu Janouškovi (30. října 1893, Přerov -- 27. října 1971, Praha), který organizoval tvorbu československých leteckých jednotek v RAF. Je jediným Čechoslovákem, který získal hodnost maršála.

One of the things I love about Sabaton is that they fill you with pride for a country that's not your own.
Pochybuju, že byť jen setina návštěvníků (mne nevyjímaje) věděla v tu chvíli, kdo byl Karel Janoušek. Říkám si, že je proto velmi dobře, že Sabaton nahráli píšeň právě o někom mezi Čechy velmi neznámém, který se velkou měrou zasloužil o věci (československá účast v RAF), o kterých ví (a je na ně hrdý) pro změnu každý Čech.
Přišel jsem, viděl jsem, očekával jsem "pecku", ale tohle mi vyrazilo dech a i to jedno pivo z ruky :-) Tohle se těm chlapcům opravdu povedlo. Ne že by neměli lepší nebo stejně dobré písně, ale být u premiéry to vás prostě vezme za srdce...
A pak se muze nekdo divit, ze Sabaton je tak popularni ve vsech zemich, o kterych hraje a zpiva. Nenapada mne zadna jina skupina, ktera dokaze na sve texty nalakat vlastence desitek ruznych zemi. Palce hore a jeste jedno pivo!

Lol this is no where near pre-recorded. My friend was at this concert he said this was exactly what it sounded like. Most live shows are recorded with a bad camera and mics. This was a Pro Done shot because there us a DVD for it.

I really like power metal music with texts about heroes... I mostly like MANOWAR but they are old now (they play very well but what ´ll be after 10 years?)... and then i heard SABATON... when MANOWAR will quit, SABATON will be my TOP ;)

To think this song is so old but so good. It's in the new album they may have changed some stuff, but it's by far an epic song. But it's overshadowed by the cool more intense songs like No Bullets Fly, Night Witches which is most likely the most liked song on the album.

I guess we all have different tastes. In my opinion, he is one of the better singers around - and he has a voice that doesn't sound like everyone else, which makes him more interesting vocally - and it's still a good voice. So; unique and interesting And good. Doesn't get much better as a total :)
...but I do agree that they should have kept the backing live as well, so you have a point, even to me :p

Já mám 11let a vim kdy začala a kdy skončila.Vím hodně zajímavosti,vim i něco o mnichovské dohodě a podobně. Vim třeba o německém dělu Gustav a když mi ukazes jakýkoliv tank nebo zbraň možná aj letadlo řeknu ti co to je apod.,zajímám se o 2.světovou a o RAF jsem někde četl,myslím ze to byli českoslovenští letci,ale bylo to dávno tak si toho skoro nic nepamatuju. :)
