When the COVID plan was released today I realized I genuinely *forgot* that stuff like that was usually published so everyone can look at it. The Trump admin always just said they had plans and showed binders or a book or papers, but never actually published what they were doing. I got so used to it that I forgot that those things aren't supposed to be secrets.
