It's true. Oregon vs. Oregon State is a rivalry. Duck fans are hyped to play the Beavs. But most of us have family who went there. Heck, I went there. It's just 40 minutes up the road. When we aren't playing each other, Oregon State is our brother. But we despise Washington.

Yep..as a southern Oregonian I can stomach the beavs when they play other teams cuz of knowing people,players and coaches on the team but I cannot stand those purple wearing smug a holes..with their " ohh we don't tailgate....we SAILGATE!" Lol I've heard countless huskies fans fall back on that or the fact they have a tied championship back when they were voted champions and didn't have to beat the BCS or win playoff games to actually be champion ugh its so tiring I freaking loooooathe UW...

with Lee corso getting older and missed a gameday i believe in the past this season, idk if health reasons or not, but i can tell alil difference in him but thats expected of course as we get older but the way he was talking to the duck it was like he may not see him again after this, :( lol, i mean it was 4 years since last time they were there
He had a stroke. His mind is still sharp but he struggles to put his thoughts into words. It’s sad but he’s still kickin.
He missed two weeks this year and we won't know what that "scare" was but it was enough to rattle ESPN and the crew. Watching Corso today and the simple manner which he approached the head, I just got the feeling it might be his last here. I hope not but I'm glad that UO sent him off a winner today.

I hope you never suffer a medical condition like that… The man has paid his dues. He’s the reason why so many of us tune in. I wouldn’t care if he didn’t say anything. Just having him there is worth it. There’s no replacing Lee Corso, he’s earned the right to leave when he chooses.

As a long time Duck I honestly hate Cal more than Washington just because it is in California and the students at Cal are the most insufferable in the entire country. As for Oregon State as a native Oregonian I always root for OSU as long as they are not playing the Ducks, only non Oregonian alumni hate them.

Nah I hate Washington to my core. Probably because I was actually AT the game where they danced on our O after winning. I was just a little kid and I ain't forgetting it. I'd also disagree as an Oregonian, and UO Alumni, I dislike the Beavs. Might not hate them near as much as Washington but I'm never really pulling for them unless they're against a team we want them to beat.
