  • This is a look back on Eddie Johnson's career. Eddie Johnson had a pure jump shot that helped him defy the odds and become an elite NBA player. Eddie Johnson knew how to run off screens helping him be a 20 point per night scorer. Before he switched into the sixth man role. Where he would win 6th man of the year. All the while being apart of teams going deep into the playoffs.

    EJ has always been a tremendous shooter ever since he was at the "house". He's an NBA and Chicago legend.

    I remember watching him in the 90s and he was so underrated .. you never ever heard from him. Talk about a guy that can kill you with jumpers and as a shot creator

    I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Sonics and Blazers fan. Japanese-American and male. In 1993, friends and I would take turns being a teammate and Eddie Johnson, passing the ball out for a 17 footer, saying "The dish to Eddie Johnson." In Super Tecmo NBA Basketball, I shot with Eddie Johnson EVERY time, and scored 200 points with him!

    Awesome video! Hope one day I can see a video of you narrating my favorite shooter of all time, Brian Winters. Fat Lever and Andrei Kirilenko are underrated stars with not so commonly told stories too

      Ak-47 was a terrorist on the court take a game over with his Defense. The NBA does not like those guys.

    How tf this man never made an all star team?

    • @Amick44
      @Amick44 11 месяцев назад

      Good question. Unfortunately, he seemed to be viewed and thought of as strictly a shooter/scorer. And he came off the bench a great deal of his career, too. But he played major mins and was in at clutch time, for sure.

      Well that suns team in 88-89. Should of had 3 on the all star team. Kj, Eddie and chambers. Definitely kj and chambers but only has Chambers! They snubbed KJ, and Eddie really. Partly cos they also added Kareem who didn’t deserve to be an all star at all! Kj should been there way more then Kareem! But Magic and Stockton took the point guard spot. Kj should been there more then Stockton too. Or last two spots
