Sir jaisa ki apne btaya ki mucus stomach wall pr 3 mm thick covering krta h so it prevents digestion of stomach wall by HCl ..usi trh agr enterocytes rupture ho jaye nd nucleosidases & phosphatases which was secreted in intestinal lumen by intestinal cells enters the intestinal cells & damages own ( enterocyte) Nucleotides...so no transciption & translation ( no formation of Na+/k+ Atpase, SGLT1 , GLUT2,5)....if its possible then can we call this process autophagy???

Lingual lipase... Means lipase is also released in the mouth.. does that mean , the breakdown or the digestion of fats start in mouth??

No, the breakdown of fats will start in intestine. The name only suggests that it is released in mouth along with saliva. It is acidic lipase so will only activate near pH 4-5.
