Sir jaisa ki apne btaya ki mucus stomach wall pr 3 mm thick covering krta h so it prevents digestion of stomach wall by HCl ..usi trh agr enterocytes rupture ho jaye nd nucleosidases & phosphatases which was secreted in intestinal lumen by intestinal cells enters the intestinal cells & damages own ( enterocyte) Nucleotides...so no transciption & translation ( no formation of Na+/k+ Atpase, SGLT1 , GLUT2,5)....if its possible then can we call this process autophagy???
No, the breakdown of fats will start in intestine. The name only suggests that it is released in mouth along with saliva. It is acidic lipase so will only activate near pH 4-5.
Thank you so much Sir for your lectures. They are indeed very helpful and you explained them so perfectly. But Sir I am unable to find the lectures related to Blood . Can you please share the link Sir

What about lingual lipase... Does that also start in intestine only
Lingual lipase... Means lipase is also released in the mouth.. does that mean , the breakdown or the digestion of fats start in mouth??
No, the breakdown of fats will start in intestine. The name only suggests that it is released in mouth along with saliva. It is acidic lipase so will only activate near pH 4-5.

Can you please share the link Sir
And cardiovascular part too
sir i want to ask during the absorption of lipid molecules why chylomicron is entering into the lymphatic system and why not to the blood
because they are being dumped into fluid at basolateral side of epithelial cells of intestine
@@ifasonline thank you 😄
Size of chylomicrons is very big to enter into blood cells, but enough to enter into lacteals.
Sir what is the function of lingual lipase , digestion of lipids starts in small intestine
The lingual lipase basically breaks down (hydrolyzes) medium and long-chain triglycerides into partial glycerides and free fatty acids.
I have a question

Dairy products like yoghurt, paneer, milk and cheese are natural sources for Vit. B12, if one is vegetarian and not vegan.
