I agree with your analysis of the movie. It was an okay film! It wasn't great or particularly memorable, but it was a decent watch. What's unfortunate, though, is that a lot of the criticism for this movie is coming from people who haven't seen it yet and are predisposed to dislike it, regardless of its quality.
Tbh, based on my own opinion reaction after I watched today, it was entertaining. The plot doesn't go so heavy yet fun and full with action pack. The people who watched this with me ended up smiling and theorizing about X-MEN stuff. It was incredible

The real reason why this movie flopped is they made Captain Marvel weak when she was in endgame she was fighting against Thanos and his army so they should’ve brought a big level villain for her and since we was dealing with the multi-verse, it should’ve been a stronger version of Kane conqueror But because you got a Director and she doesn’t understand the Marvel universe is a reason why this flop you focus on making a all woman marvel movie and not giving us a good story and then you made Captain Marvel week they need people that know this material and know what they are doing when it comes to these comic books, characters turn into movies
Saw it yesterday.
I went in cautious but I left having a good time.
The movie was fun I actually left happy seeing the ending and the end credits scene was fun too.
Too many people are being overly negative about it.

It reminded me of the humor in Thor Ragnarok and some of it was subtle and some of it was in your face but hilarious all the same! That post credit scene ...oh my gosh that was mind-blowing and really amazing! I rarely go back to watch a movie again but there was so much going on I think I'm going with this one!

I liked it too. Better than many phase 1 movies like iron man 2,3 or captain america. Maybe people are just exhausted with marvel but the movie was actually good.

@@chrislive1586 Yeah well I went to see the movie Wednesday because I thought well "it's probably not that bad" - well wrong. The singing scene made me want to vomit - who comes up with this crap. Really I liked Capitan Marvel but they just missed on this one. Lost count of the group hugs and the swap issue was tiring to watch. The Goose and the other Flerken (cats) scenes were funny but other than that meh.

I just saw it and it was pretty good. The two credit scenes are two paths to the future mcu movies. (READ BELOW if you want to spoil yourself)
- the first scene can lead to the "Young Avengers"
-the second scene just confirmed that "X-Men" or the mutants are finally in the MCU.
How are people already watching it
it's already showing here in Asia, i'm from the Philippines and we're always 2 days ahead when it comes to theater release for international movies.

@@Gookbox69Too many bad movies. Black Widow sucked, Eternals sucked, Doctor Strange 2 was a huge disappointment, Thor 4 sucked, Black Panther 2 was a step down from the first, Ant man 3 had lots of problems and the Marvels sucked. Usually by the next film I forget most of the stuff that happened.
At the very least, The Marvels was a better movie than Eternals, Thor 4, & Ant-Man 3 since the story while not long was fine, it had decent jokes, multiple good fight scenes, & the 3 actresses did a good job together.

Quantumania and Eternals were okay movies, while Love and Thunder was also okay. It really didn't take the same place as Antman and Eternals for me; there were just literally too many jokes, but I don’t complain that much about it or the movie, honestly, I really don’t complain about any of them these days. 24/7, like most people do, acting like their lives depend on it.

@familiarodriguez5746 I loved this movie. My only issue is that it wasn't longer. 1hr 30mins wasn't enough time and I feel like 2.5hrs would of been better. We have the negative reviews to thank for that though. I also absolutely loved the ms.marvwl series, I'm hoping young avengers come to us in the form of a series. Brie larson I love her, this movie wasn't as good as the first captain marvel but still a very good watch.

My Opinion:
Just watched it today and was actually pretty likeable and had a good plot. I also like the fact of how they realised that if they use there powers at the same time they swap places, they started goofing around with the swapping place error and i think that would be me aswell. (Also the cats in the escape pod got me cracking up🤣 but it also was SO CUTE!!🥺)
Quick extra: Dar-Ben has a bangle like Ms Marvel because when they are paired they can make Jumps, (I forgot the 2nd word with it) they are basically portals between different planet systems and the fact that..
(NEXT BIT UNDER THIS IS SPOILERS FOR THE END OF THE FILM!!)
Dar-Ben used both of the bangles and got dissolved but this reminded me about the scene from Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 1 when they touched the power stone. (I only thought they looked similar because they had the same purple effect and ash particles)

I beg all of you to please go into this with extreme caution. I’ve been constipated since watching this on opening night.. it’s been days since the premiere and still no bowel movement. I liked it as well. And yes it did move a little fast and needed to be more grounded, but overall, I was satisfied. Post and end credits were awesome too!!😁👍🏿
