    I have tried this dish many years ago in Czech Republic, to this day the best meal I've ever had. Definitely will try with your recipe! Greetings from France

    looks good, not everything is wrong...but i think garlic change the taste, we put a tons of garlic in almost everything except svíčková :-D

      Thank you for watching our video on SVÍČKOVÁ NA SMETANĚ and glad you liked it. We only used garlic here as a way to enhance the flavour of the meat, quite a common practice. We never added any garlic to the sauce so hopefully it was still very authentic.

    Garlic is a clash with this beautiful sauce. (Not sure, why the fist straining?) Nice of you to make a video featuring this delicious dish. Hopefully more people get to try it for the first time. -- without the Garlic!!! Cheers! 😃🥂

      Garlic is a must. I do it and Jamie does it too. Garlic zings any beef by the way. Tartars do it and you would not argue with them, would you? Spravnej recept na svickovou jo a dobrou chut!

    Dont straingt the sauce 😳take all of the vegetables thats one of the important Thing to make the sauce 🤔😊
