Not that my opinion matters, but it made me SO happy to hear you say "my face is always on point etc." without saying "sike nah" afterwards. Yes Sis, Take it back!!! This happen to me at the coach store in New Orleans. I received a purse thrown in the bag and I really didn’t pay attention. It was horrible, scratches for days and I returned ASAP…. They apologized and I received a new purse and wrapped with a bow.

You are right about Coach Sis, I got the Coach Mickey Mouse crossbody and slides and mine were neatly wrapped in a nice box with the coach tissue paper. I don’t blame you for wanting excellent customer service. Coach cost too much for them to be skipping on the bells and whistles.

As an employee of Coach, I will say that if you purchased from a Coach Outlet store they don't wrap or include the dust bags with purchase. If you purchased from a Coach retail store then yes, it should have at least come with the dust bag. I don't believe they include boxes at the stores, we include them with online orders.
