Yes Sis, Take it back!!! This happen to me at the coach store in New Orleans. I received a purse thrown in the bag and I really didn’t pay attention. It was horrible, scratches for days and I returned ASAP…. They apologized and I received a new purse and wrapped with a bow.

As an employee of Coach, I will say that if you purchased from a Coach Outlet store they don't wrap or include the dust bags with purchase. If you purchased from a Coach retail store then yes, it should have at least come with the dust bag. I don't believe they include boxes at the stores, we include them with online orders.
