Aquarium driftwood without boiling...
Baking it instead for 30 minutes.
450⁰ for 5 minutes at 5mins lowered it to 250⁰ because it's starting to burn.
Then using the anubias mini as the leaves of the bonsai tree.
Aquascaped my 55 gal tank.

Doesn't boiling work to make the root/log sink? By making the air expand and leave the wood? How does using the oven achieve the same thing, or am I mistaken? This looks fantastic!

I believe if you let it soak in water long enough eventually the air gets out making it sink without needing to boil.
