@tlemgr Dude just say you hate women at this point. Dame Aylin is great example of a strong female character that people like and want to see on a screen because she is simply very well written and what you say makes no sense at all
@@littleantoinette9621 "well written" :'D I make sure SHadowheart impales her c*** mouth in every playthrough. Isn't that kind of the point though? It's not your revenge to take. She got the final hit on Ketheric and the Avatar each time during my playthrough. Felt thematic.
@@stephenjames2159 That's more of the cult's doing, rather than Ketheric personally (asides from the whole attempting to capture Isobel thing). I had plenty of revenge secretly raiding the prison below moonrise and during the assault on moonrise itself. But Aylin was a friend to the Thorm family, and he betrayed that friendship by keeping her captive and subject to torture for over a century. Aylin's revenge isn't against the cult, it's directed at Ketheric personally.
@SunlessSage If she was handled a little better I might agree with you. But it wasn't she was dropped in at the last minute and then just kind of steals the thunder. All my prep work went out the window when an npc that appeared in one interaction drops by and one turn solos phase one of the boss fight. Than in phase two she activly makes things worse by getting captured again. She grows on me in act 3, but in act 2 I feel like I'm playing next to the dm's totally not op npc.
I chose to the other end of the stick for her and i took her body because i guessed it would be funny to present Ketheric "Hey here it is" and when i dropped her within his lair, she suddenly had wings, plate armor and +1 greatsword :D

Anyone else getting a sick vibe from Ketheric regarding his love for Isobel? I hope I’m wrong about this. But something about the way he talks, & his actions in the bad route just set off so many red flags regarding his motives. Even if he’s insane, his feelings come across as something not fatherly here. Again, I pray I’m wrong. I want to be wrong. I curse my stupid brain for jumping to the worst possible idea. Idk where this theory comes from. He lost his wife and then the only thing left was his daugther and she died aswell. You should rather question yourself why a daugther of a godess took her away, even when in love, and then let her die. It is also unclear if Thisobald is even a son of Ketheric or more likely refers to him as father because he brought him back to unlife.

Incredible voice acting from both. Aylin is badass af, love her character.
