Ingredients
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 2" inch piece
Red chillies - 4 no.
Asafoetida (hing) - 1/4 tsp
Tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - small piece
Salt - 3/4 tsp
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Serves 3 people

Can I just grind all three in mixer n then cook the puree?
Raw peanut and roasted ones taste quite different. Grinding raw may not be taste good
