Hi Munur, MetaTrader 4 is just the platform so in terms of costs that would be down to the broker you decide to use. The buying/selling costs of trading are all explained clearly and concisely in this 2-minute video:

As for withdrawal fees, that will depend on which broker and withdrawal method you choose but you'll find that the process can easily be fee-free.

MT4 will run off most laptops but it's always best to check the minimum and recommended specs from MetaTrader4's website. They will always have the most up to date information.
