He was issued with his visa AND RECEIVED SIX YEARS OF BACKDATED WELFARE PAYMENTS, FROM THE DATE OF FIRST LODGING HIS CLAIM FOR ASYLUM IN THE UK. This hugely lucrative benefit to bogus asylum seekers was news to me. And just adds to all the "Pull Factors" here that I did know about. Basically, if an illegal migrant works diligently to understand and then rort our welfare services, the longterm economic boost to their entire family is huge. They buy land, build homes, establish businesses back home - all with UK taxpayers' money. And have been gaming the UK systems and Human Rights Laws for decades. Add in the opportunity to fly in your family members for free operations and longterm healthcare (eg diabetes meds, heart conditions) - and life is good.

Dear Steve, since when celebrating in the streets is a crime? Was it exaggerated? Probably yes. My opinion is that biased media is using this situation for political gains. It is true that many Albanians love to come to UK. Most of them are educated young hardworking humble people who are looking for a better life. As a matter of fact, I find at very racist the comments in this video or what people are commenting here, yet I can not say that all British people are racists. Let me put it to you this way, you can not stop the relocation of the people everywhere in a world for a fact that we live in the 21st century. Be realistic and think about, what people would you prefer to come to your country Asians, Africans, or Europeans?
