It is the digital market. That's been the secret to this wealth transfer. A lot of folks in the US and abroad are getting so much from it, God has been good to my household Thank you Jesus.
Same here, I believe the Bitcoin ETFs approval will be life changing opportunity for us, with my current portfolio of $108,000 from my investments with my personal financial advisor i totally agree with you
YES!!! that's exactly her name (Mrs Elizabeth Regina Nelsen) so many people have recommended highly about her and I'm just starting with her from Brisbane Australia🇦🇺
I live in Jomtien the air qaulity from the pollution is terrible. Normally I can see Ban Saray and Koh Larn from my balcony clearly Haven't seen it for near 2 weeks now. A lot of ppl been sick and breathing problems at moment Bkk is worse
Great Video! Exact 2 places (Hua Hin & Na Jomtien) that I'm deciding between for retirement. I'm excited that I'll be visiting Hua Hin in early February. 😁
It is my understanding that Australians keep access to their Medicare back home for 5 years after becoming an Expat. Also Thailand Health Insurance is for Thai’s and Expats so can you even get Health Insurance if your in Thailand on tourist status unless it is global health insurance. So doe’s he have Health Insurance or Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance has a healthcare component but it is basically A&E cover while your traveling and they will stabilize you to get you fit to travel and repatriate you if needed but once your back in your home Country the travel insurance coverage ends.
Thanks for the breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My okx wallet holds USDT and win, and I have the seed phrase: (proof inner hobby bounce blouse able donate virtual luggage cart morning ticket) .What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Thanks for the insights! Just a quick unrelated question: I have a okx wallet with USDT, and I have the 12wordphrase: ( proof inner hobby bounce blouse able donate virtual luggage cart morning ticket ). How can I move it to Binance?
I really appreciate your efforts! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a okx with USDT, and I have the 12word phrases: ( proof inner hobby bounce blouse able donate virtual luggage cart morning ticket). What's the way to send them to Binance?
Im in Jomtien and close to the beach. Cannot see it due to the pollution. IQAir says Jomtien is 173. Hua Hin not far behind us. People need to check this out before they come.
Nice video. We live in Sam Roi Yot. We lived in bangkok for two years, visited Chaing Mai, Phuket, and Pattaya. We left the usa wanting a slower, less hectic life. Traffic where we live now is minimal and lice style relaxed. The drama of Pattaya and Phuket aren't worth it, IMHO.
Thank you for this interview. Your friend provided a lot of useful information. But, of course, retirement in Thailand is a vast subject which has many dimensions to it. One short interview is never enough. However, every little information from personal experience is helpful. You ask practical and relevant questions which is what all propspective retirees have on their minds. I learned a great deal in a short time. He mentioned Veranda Residence in Jomtien. I looked it up. It is a classy place. I think I will rent a condo there for my first three months stay as he is doing now. From there, I'll move to my own new villa in Hua Hin. That's the plan.
Health All these retirees- oh the food is so cheap. Next sentence I /we had a health incident, was in hospital........ The cheap food is full of additives.

I'm glad you made this video it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, $34k monthly and a good daughter full of love

Wow! Kind of in shock you mentioned expert, Elizabeth Regina Nelsen. What a coincidence!!
I have heard a lot of wonderful things about Elizabeth Regina Nelsen on the news but didn't believe it until now. I'm definitely trying her out.
Richard you can send money to your Bangkok bank account from Australia using Wise . No need to pay 220bht at ATM.

Hey mate , another Aussie here, with your visa agent did you deposit the 800,000 baht each for the bank or did you get them to do it for you
