I actually used to be afraid of storms when I was very young, lol. I'm not afraid of them anymore, tho. Now I just watch them if I can and marvel at Mother Nature's power. But that's so sweet that Sev puts me above grading student essays, above everything else really. I feel like had things gone differently with him and Lily, he would have been that way with her and their children if they had been blessed with any.

Otherwise I'm all relaxed and don't know we reached the end and suddenly some advertising booms at me in significantly louder audio on something random I've had to see countless times already. 😅
The reason audios cut off so quickly now is because of the way youtube has setup ranking with retention. People clicking off the video a minute before it is over hurts the ranking and could kill the algorithm of the video. If a viewer doesn't watch start to finish, your video is considered uninteresting. I miss the old days where likes and comments were the main determination of what gets views. RUclips premium gets rid of ads. You could also try looping the video and see if that helps.
I love thunderstorms but when a loud crack of thunder hits, I’ll pull the covers over my head. 😂😂 I’m sure if Snape was there when it happened he’d be like, “WTH girl??? I thought you were a brave Gryffindor. Get the hell out from under the covers you wuss!” 😌😁❤️

But it was wonderful, though I was truly overcome by the sudden sound of thunder, followed immediately by Sev's gentle laughter. Oh my god, it soothed my heart instantly and I wanted to melt because of your video.🥰
These were designed for over the ear headphones. Earbuds do not do these audios justice. There are fine details they can't even pick up. I listened with earbuds once and almost died at how bad it sounded.

I have pretty bad storm anxiety. I get super anxious and upset when storms are around. This was lovely. I wish I could have this IRL. I need a video of snuggles and kisses. I’ll be honest I never really saw snape as anything more than a tough loving father figure but damn this is relaxing. In seeing his heartbreak when Lilly died I’ve always wanted to do something to make him feel that way again because I too know what that loss is like. I lost my late partner to an accidental overdose in 2021. That being said however this is so comforting somehow. 🥰

I love this, I really do... but I would love Snape leaning more towards "authentic" even better. He's annoyed, grumpy, stern, snarky, and just ever so amused by your silly fear. He generously *allows* you to sit up with him during the storm while he grades papers, mumbling to himself, occasionally reassuring you after a nasty bit of lightening or thunder. He might make you tea, but only if he's already getting up to make his own, or he might admonish you not to drink caffeine when you should be sleeping, lol
Then it wouldn't be a boyfriend comfort audio. I agree with you but these are patreon member requests wanting him to be loving and warm. The softer side of Snape. It was a challenge for me when I first started creating them because it wasn't his personality to be vulnerable and nurturing, however I've come to understand the want and need for it. Can you do one for insomnia? He finds listener roaming the halls, exaughsted but unable to sleep. He coaxes them back to bed and offers to lull them to sleep, so he decides to cover a lecture or quote poetry until they are fast asleep.

I have a fear of storms from when i was a kid. I was in the middle of transferring from my wheelchair and the power went out plunging me into complete darkness. I couldn't see anything, the thunder was so loud, and i felt my whole house vibrate it caused me to scream for my dad. He rushed in and helped me finish my transfer safely but ever since that 1 night I've been scared of storms and that there will b a time that happens again but this time I'll b alone
I've been through two major hurricanes that destroyed my house while I was still in it. Once when I was 11 and then again when I was 38. I most definitely have ptsd during storms.

The closest i can get is a tornado my mom and i went through recently where we live and it destroyed many homes nearby thankfully ours wasn't hit but we sat in our trash closet during it. I grabbed 1 of my plushies when I heard the siren go off b4 we closed ourselves in. When it got quiet I asked my mom to not open the door it was to weird to go from pounding rain to silence it didn't feel right

The reason I don't have him narrate what he is doing is that it isn't natural for someone to tell you "I am kissing your temple" or "I am hugging you" and the goal is to make you feel like you are in the room and he is talking to you directly. Try listening with quality headphones (not earbuds) and you will hear all the details and sound effects that help drive the narration. Earbuds can't pick them up. There are hugging sounds, pillow, sheets, bed movement. These are all meant to create a realistic experience. Unfortunately these get lost with earbuds. It's for you to use your imagination to decide if he is kissing your forehead or temple. I hope this helps.

I have a fear of storms from when i was a kid. I was in the middle of transferring from my wheelchair and the power went out plunging me into complete darkness. I couldn't see anything, the thunder was so loud, and i felt my whole house vibrate it caused me to scream for my dad. He rushed in and helped me finish my transfer safely but ever since that 1 night I've been scared of storms and that there will b a time that happens again but this time I'll b alone
I've been through two major hurricanes that destroyed my house while I was still in it. Once when I was 11 and then again when I was 38. I most definitely have ptsd during storms.

The closest i can get is a tornado my mom and i went through recently where we live and it destroyed many homes nearby thankfully ours wasn't hit but we sat in our trash closet during it. I grabbed 1 of my plushies when I heard the siren go off b4 we closed ourselves in. When it got quiet I asked my mom to not open the door it was to weird to go from pounding rain to silence it didn't feel right

Dark Arts Magic, you did an amazing job on this. I don't like seeing my beloved Professor Snape sad and alone, so I wanted to share both my heart and life with him. Also I would love to have tea and sleep with him in his chambers 🥲🥲, either during a storm or whenever I keep having a terrible nightmare about something. @@AbbieMeadours The sound effects are meant to detail what is happening. The reason I don't have him narrate what he is doing is that it isn't natural for someone to tell you "I am kissing your temple" or "I am hugging you" and the goal is to make you feel like you are in the room and he is talking to you directly. Try listening with quality headphones (not earbuds) and you will hear all the details and sound effects that help drive the narration. Earbuds can't pick them up. There are hugging sounds, pillow, sheets, bed movement. These are all meant to create a realistic experience. Unfortunately these get lost with earbuds. It's for you to use your imagination to decide if he is kissing your forehead or temple. I hope this helps.
